Ezikeal has never really looked very proportionate, but his current look is probably the worst he's looked. With strangely long legs and a plump puppy body, he looks somewhat like he had been painted by someone who had never seen a wolf, dog or even cat before. Like a potato on stilts. He insists that he is the tallest pup (he insists he's also the bravest, but other wolves might actually believe he is the tallest in his litter), although he is just slightly shorter than Rizeal--not by much, though. Not that Ezikeal ever acknowledges this, anyway. His dark pelt matches only two out of his six siblings, but the lack of light in the den makes it so he is still just one of the breathing lumps in the mass of limbs. In fact, his inky fur probably aids in submerging him in his siblings, despite being such a contrast to the pale tawny colours of the other pups.
Generally, Ezikeal is safe to say he has a good relationship with his siblings--a good portion of the pack wolves too, probably. Of course, the thing is, with pups like Aislynn, a "good" relationship just means that she tolerates him. And there was the fact that he has to be listening to hear any mean comments passed about him, which he is rarely ever doing. Ezikeal listens to his parents about half of the time, and God help any other wolf trying to get him to listen. A small disagreement and quite grumbles from the other pups finally rouses him, his ears naturally pricking forward before finally, a single lazy eyelids flutters up. In a slow manner, Ezikeal starts to unbury himself from the puppy pile and yawn loudly, to make sure everyone knew he was there. Sluggishly, Ezikeal begins to make his way over to his mother. The ground between the pile and his breakfast is considerably cooler in comparison--something he certainly notices--but the reward of warm breakfast is well worth braving the cold floor. For some time, Ezikeal stays snuggled into his mother's thick fur just enjoying the warmth. But boy did he get quickly bored.
With very audibly complaints, Ezikeal lifts himself to his feet. He is just bored. Boredom is one of the biggest problem the unnaturally tall pup had been facing since growing some bad excuse of a sentience. His scarily long legs makes walking quite an effort, as he wobbles from one side of the den to the other like he is on an aggressively shaking ship.
"Heck!" Ezikeal yelps loudly, as he falls over and onto one of his siblings, who knows who--Ezikeal certainly didn't. His ears quickly fold down as he looks cautiously over at his mother, fearful of the punishment for swearing. He shortly forgets his fear, using the sibling he'd fallen on to push himself back up and continue his little journey. Ezikeal makes little squeaks of disdain at the rapidly decreasing temperature. He could not say he likes the cold all too much, so one can imagine the shock that snow brought to him the first time he'd seen it. He sticks his nose into the near-silver frost that had began to creep its way into the edges of the den, wrinkling his nose and shaking his head so hard his ears make a loud flopping sound.
After some internal arguing, Ezikeal convinces himself that the snow couldn't hurt him and takes a single step out the den. He makes a loud noise that he will later deny ever making, and steps back in quickly. After a few minutes, there were multiple small paw prints where he'd started to leave the den but got intimidated by; the cold, the depth of the snow and a leaf. He sticks a single paw out this time, and decides maybe it is okay. He sticks his other front paw out, now standing with half of his body still in the den. He sniffs and nibbles curiously at the frost-covered plants that have so far managed to survive the heat and then cold of the pack territory. Ezikeal quickly discovers that both snow and frost don't taste that bad, so maybe they aren't such an awful thing after all!

Natsu was very much so asleep, not caring much for anything that was happening around him. He was snuggled into the black fur of his mother, and was happy being there. But it seemed that his siblings had other ideas. He could hear the commotion they were causing, and he opened his eyes to see that Aislynn was picking on Iylah, and Tikaani was once more ruining Aislynn's fun. Natsu wasn't sure why his siblings decided to fight as much as they did, they all shared the same den and therefore had to sleep with and be around each other, but he shook his head, climbing over his mother to poke at their father a little bit with a gentle lick underneath his chin before he approached the other three. "Do you two seriously have to start this early in the morning?" He said, looking towards the two of them. "Tikaani, stop being such a tattletale and Aislynn, stop pulling tails," He knew that simply stating what they should do was not good enough for any of them to actually listen, but he would try and save his parents the headache of having fighting pups. Bringing himself to sit next to the sleeping body of Rizeal, he would nudge her, hoping that she would wake up. The two were mostly inseparable, but he knew that with all this commotion the eldest pup would surely wake up. @aislynn @tikaani Scout Iylah @rizeal @miyu Alphess Semira Alpha Jay - Post is short and shitty but hey its a post

"That hurted! A lot, Aislynn!" Iylah whined. Aislynn shrugged. Iylah had always been a baby — not so bad as Tikaani, per-say, but no better than Miyu either — although she had potential. She was simply following Uncle’s favorite quip for the wounded: that pain only ever made great warriors greater. “It’ll make you stronger.” She quipped sullenly as Iylah whimpered in reproach. Some few short licks later, however, and the auburn pup instantly perked up as she’d already known she would. “Told you so.” Iylah, out of all her siblings, had shown the most progress so far. Last time she’d bit her, she’d faked a limp for an entire week, and now she just shucked her soreness right off. She was so proud, she could almost cry — but she’d just save that for Tikaani. For now, they’d a mission at hand: picking the perfect Commons spot to host a new adventure.
"Mommy, Aislynn bit Iylah!" A shrill declaration suggested a sudden change of plans would play in her interests. New mission: Evacuate the Commons. Venture as far away from Mother and Tikaani’s wrath as earthly possible. Have fantastical adventures. Return with treasures. Refuse to share. Or better yet! Share with everybody but Tikaani. Bask in victories, tears and vengeance. It was the perfect alternative plan. Crudely, she cocked her head over her shoulder, tauntingly bearing tiny fangs and growling. Mama could never wake up in time to punish her, and even if today she could somehow miraculously summon the energy, Aislynn had already mastered the art of evasion. Still, it was best to not take chances. “Well Iylah, seems we best be moving,” she quipped smugly. “Can’t let tattletale Tikaani have all the fun now, can we? She should be awful careful with that nowadays. Just yesterday,” she cautioned. “I heard a story about these two sisters, and one stuck her nose so far down the other’s business that the other had no choice but to bite it clean off, and I’d just hate for Tikaani to share the same fate.”
"Do you two seriously have to start this early in the morning?" Natsu moaned. Aislynn scowled at him. Nobody liked a pacifist, and she especially didn’t like Natsu. Well, that wasn’t entirely true — he was tolerable enough when he wasn’t around Rizeal. Tentatively, he nudged his master’s hide, rousing her from her one bearable state. This didn’t bode. It was time they cleared out. With a sharp nip to Iylah’s ear, Aislynn turned on an oaken heel and began to sprint, but not before chucking a snowball at Zeke. Not a lot, just enough to cause a brief distraction. The cross-eyed dope wouldn’t even recall what hit him in five minutes or so. As her family hopefully rushed to her newly struck brother’s side, she and Iylah made a mad dash towards the Ferus borderlands. The Commons were getting cramped anyways.

With a simmering sense of triumph, the third eldest sister stood tall next to their mother's head, sure that her words would rouse the sleeping beauty. Instead, it seemed that she had awoken her oldest brother, Natsu. The younger male was notoriously a grouch in the mornings, his Grinch-like tones groaning through the den, "Do you two seriously have to start this early in the morning? Tikaani, stop being such a tattletale and Aislynn, stop pulling tails." The flower pup suddenly got a bad case of cotton mouth, her tongue not able to form words as Natsu's blunt speech cut into vulnerable feelings like a knife. The inky pup was the mediator of the pair of ornery sisters and meant well, but his words still sparked a pang if pain within the young pup's chest. Though she knew he wasn't taking sides, it felt like her brother was shunning her, telling her off for telling her sister off. A hurt expression crossed the small pup's face, her eyes glassing over unnecessarily with tears. She didn't say anything else, simply biting her tongue. “Well Iylah, seems we best be moving. Can’t let tattletale Tikaani have all the fun now, can we? She should be awful careful with that nowadays. Just yesterday, I heard a story about these two sisters, and one stuck her nose so far down the other’s business that the other had no choice but to bite it clean off, and I’d just hate for Tikaani to share the same fate,” Aislynn's words were even more hurtful. Aimed directly at her, the horrible nickname and threat were just too much for the little angel to handle. Her lower lip began to tremble and her once semi-confident posture drooped like the branches of a willow tree. Silently, glistening amber eyes watched as her least favourite sibling nipped Iylah again before leaving and chucking a snowball at poor baby Zekie. Waiting a few moments for the pair to leave, Tikaani rushed outside of the den, a small whimper sneaking past a quivering lip. Blurred vision sought out a single large black frame, finding it laying in the snow, seemingly eating it instead of getting an actual breakfast from Mommy. A small, snuffly giggle left the distressed pup. Watching her youngest brother's antics always seemed to cheer her up. She wasn't in the mood to go ask Uncle Sol if he wanted her to help with anything, and he was talking with the Cyclops anyway. With a few tears shed, Tikaani didn't like the start of her morning, but she had no doubt that Zekie would be able to cheer her up. As she approached the youngest but somehow tallest of the litter, the third-eldest called out softly to him, "Good morning, Zekie!" Coming to a stop next to him, the slightly teary-eyed pup leaned against his larger frame, her head resting on an inky pillow. "Why is Aislynn so mean? She's the one that smacked you with that snowball just now," the smaller pup sighed, patting at the snow on the ground with her paws as she waited for her brother to respond. @aislynn @ezikeal Hunter Natsu @miyu @rizeal Scout Iylah Alphess Semira Alpha Jay

| As their interactions came to what he thought was a close, the male wondered what exactly the female had wanted in the first place. But as she brought herself back up to sit, he noticed that her one good eye was alight with a flame that he had not seen spark in the snarky female’s eyes since he had met her. As his gray eyes looked over her, she pressed against his shoulder, or what she could reach of his shoulder. She let most of her weight lean against him, although it surprisingly wasn’t much. The petite female had muscle to her, but considering how much she worked at it, her build still was that of an agile hunters, and not that of a warriors. He wouldn’t downgrade it too much, as he was enjoying her warm body pressed up against him, her breath sliding over his neck and ear as she lifted her muzzle upwards. He was nearly a foot taller than she was, which made for a good advantage against the she-wolf. But he felt himself leaning into her, letting her nip his ear as she talked.
Her sentence brought nothing but a shiver to his spine. He wasn’t sure why. Simple words meant almost nothing to him. But coming from her… It felt different somehow. It sparked a feeling inside him that made him want to push more into her, drink in her scent and get lost in her words. But he felt himself pulling back, knowing all too well where this was going. He looked towards the female, eyes glazing over once more with a dull, and almost hurt expression, the thought of what had happened before flashing before his eyes as he looked at the white she-wolf that was pressed against him. He didn’t want to have the same thing happen once, the cruel world would take her from him all too soon, and it would tell him once more that he wasn’t suited for love.
Pulling his gaze from hers, he shifted his weight to pull away from her touch, letting the cold wind whisk once more between the two of them as he stood. His eyes looked over the female once more, wondering if he was making the right decision in that moment, but he knew that he couldn’t stay here with her and expect the world to not fuck him over once more. He knew that she would be taken from him. If it weren’t soon, it would be when he grew close with her, when the time was most inopportune. She would be swiftly taken from him, and he would once more be lost in this world by himself. He had grown a hard outer shell that she had somehow broken down, but he wouldn’t let that happen anymore. Not again. Never.
Breaking away from her, his gaze would not look back at her anymore than it already had. He knew that she would either see the pain in his eyes, or she would see the lingering feelings he had displayed just now. Either way, he was disappearing before there was even a moment to spare. The male couldn’t handle the feelings that were currently overwhelming him, especially when he thought that he had left them in the past a long time ago. Why did this have to happen now? Why did this have to happen to him?

Pressed against the male, unfamiliar energy flowed through the crisp air around the two wolves. It fizzled, crackled like the snow beneath mismatched paws. It stole her breath and she allowed it to, the tingling being the only hint of oxygen left in her chest. There, surrounded by the scent of herbs and despair, lay a tender moment of vulnerability from both of them, connected tentatively by ivories gripping auditories lightly. The weight they pushed onto one another was symbiotic, initiated by alabaster but supported by onyx. Two personalities shifted dramatically in the moment, both vying to be closer, to spend just another second lost within the slight interaction they found themselves in. One untouched by anything other than bitter love, the other crushed under the weight of such a word repeatedly, but both harmonizing for a brief moment in time. Until time ran out. A single mint eye traced over steel, a flare no longer mirrored in the other's gaze. Walls crashed down upon them; barriers to whatever untouchable energy was quickly dissipating between them. A stocky frame leaned away slightly, the fear that at last she had pushed the line too far, had exposed too much, following suit. There was a hidden pain in those eyes, one that she knew wasn't caused by nibbles to the base of an ear. It was deep-rooted within his system, being pulled away from the surface by a darkened force not known by the female. A haze of bitterness fell over her single eye in response, her frame also drawing slightly away from the male. An elastic band snapped. Two bodies separated. Two personalities regained consciousness. The winter air felt colder on one side than the other, the slap of the loss of contact stinging her. What once tasted like sweet delights now was bitter, a poisonous forbidden fruit bitten into with reckless abandon and harsh consequences. Mint clashed with grey, accusatory meeting haunted as the pair faced down. She didn't even try to hide her chest heaving. The moment she had stepped out of her shell, she had been coaxed into comfort before being showered in salt. Odd angered tears pricked at the edge of her eye, emotions surging through her with such vigour that it was overwhelming. Those moments were odd, precious even. To tear away so quickly left her mind swirling, reeling at the possibility that indeed, these events did just take place. And yet the heartless bastard turned away. He didn't even want to look at her. Pain blossomed in her chest, unfamiliar and uncomfortable. What was this? Had some ornery Salutary caused this pain within her? Just mere seconds ago it had been butterflies, not acid in her chest. It was a sting; rejection didn't match well with the stubborn female. Rather than internalizing the feeling, rather than letting it burn her, the bitch of a wolf set a scowl onto her face and marched after the disappearing frame of Solex. The game that they were playing had suddenly changed, and she wasn't about to just let him win and walk away. If this was some sick, twisted method of getting her to follow him, then she would happily oblige. There was too much swimming around in her brain for her to simply let him disappear. -Exit to: Mountain Creek- Salutary Solex

“It’ll make you stronger” was the only excuse her sister gave her. Though, despite how annoying it was to wake with a sharp pain and ending up in the snow, she felt proud of herself once the words "Told you so" were pronounced. The rest of the litter reacted to the action, Tikaani obviously not doing anything but rat the whole thing out to one of their parents and Natsu, of course, just being annoyed by the whole situation. “ Well Iylah, seems we best be moving. Can’t let tattletale Tikaani have all the fun now, can we? She should be awful careful with that nowadays. Just yesterday, I heard a story about these two sisters, and one stuck her nose so far down the other’s business that the other had no choice but to bite it clean off, and I’d just hate for Tikaani to share the same fate" said Aislynn, with a sarcasm and defiance that even day old pup would have recognized easily. Feeling pity for the badly-treated Tikaani, and pretty petty about what went down barely minutes ago, Iylah felt like speaking up. "Let's go! But you know, it's not nice to treat others lik-Ouch!". Mid-way monologue, Aislynn inflicted pain on her ear, making her drop it finally. "Okay, okay, jeez! Let's just go, alright!?"

Pack life seemed to creep by as it did before. The pups here kept things most interesting, watching them interact was entertaining and could induce small chuckles and smiles even out of Dis, one of the stonier she-wolves in Ferus. The incident at the borders was not commonly discussed these days as there seemed to be a loss for a solution or action to take. Some wolves had come, massacred their borders and thus wreaked havoc on their pack, and then left practically without a trace. They carried no scent of Noctis, Somnus, or Lubrusca, yet their scents were intermingled enough to assume it was a group and not individual rogues. Again, the pups made a good distraction from the tragic event, though it had been gone in passing it still plagued the minds of the Ferus wolves as a mystery and devastation, though recovery had been made almost completely. With a small sigh, Dis settles down in a comfy dip of packed dirt, resting her chin delicately on her paws and watching the pups, as she often did when she had no other task.

Unfortunately, just as she and Iylah were nearing the Common Ground’s outskirts, Uncle Solex cut their plans short. With the Cyclops in tow, both ventured off into the wilderness her and her siblings were forbidden from exploring, at least without a watchful parent keeping tabs close by. A sharp, angered snarl rumbled between softly bared fangs, as furious a sound as she was capable of making. Didn’t Solex have something better to do than disrupt her plans? Like his actual job? Mother claimed he was a healer of sorts, but judging by the gaping hole in the Cyclops’s face, he didn’t seem too exceptionally talented at his craft. He’d be better off focusing on that than ruining her plans — but no matter. His absence provided her and her sister Iylah a temporary reprieve to compensate for the change: full, unauthorized access to the medicine den. “C’mon Iylah,” Aislynn chuckled, unable to conceal a cocky devilish grin. “Change of plans. Let’s go see what Uncle Sol has in his pit.” Swiftly, the sorrel pup turned on her heel, sifting her snout into the maw of her Uncle Sol’s medicine den. Somehow, it smelled both inviting and repulsive, the scents of dozens of disposed herbs lingering in turned earth, perfect for a small adventure for pups. Iylah and her could take a tiny sampling to bring back to their other siblings (bonus if she could find something to make Tikaani hurl) and have their fun, their Uncle Sol laying none the wiser. “Hey Iy,” Aislynn sneered, peering into the dimly-lit den. “I dare you to put the first thing you find in your mouth.” With that, she abruptly shoved her sister in before descending herself — the start of a fantastic adventure. Miyu exhales just a tad harder than before, ears flicking back then forward again as Tikaani joins them for breakfast - the closest she would come to displaying annoyance. It wasn’t so much that she didn’t want Tikaani’s company - if anything, she was the most likeminded of the litter, most likely to tolerate her gentle touches and desire for contact - and yet if there was anything the little pup had learned, it was that Tikaani and Aislynn did not mix. Sure enough, the moment a third tail comes into contact with the two, Aislynn loses patience and moves away, no doubt to stir up mischief. Finishing her meal and prodding Tika’s shoulder with her nose to soothe any hurt feelings, she keeps her ears focused on Aislynn and Iylah as she watches the rest of the den stir and awaken. Like clockwork, Aislynn manages to hurt someone, in turn causing Tikaani’s voice to rise in plaintive complaint. Miyu’s ears flatten to her skull as she shoots a look towards the whining pup. Miyu did not approve of violence. She’s been called any number of names by Aislynn whenever she opts out of the (mostly) play fighting. Lily-livered, wimpy, weak - all these were names familiar, and she couldn’t quite say they rolled right off her back. But there had always been a metallic scent clinging to her parent’s pelts, one now identified as blood from that time the biting and scuffling got too rough among the siblings. She noticed when father or mother returned with new scars, and she could occasionally hear snarls and growls from outside her little haven within the den. Violence was irrevocably a part of this pack, and it didn’t take a genius to figure it out. If anything, she thinks quietly to herself, Aislynn will be praised for her willingness to snap. Besides, it wouldn’t do any good to put her on the spot like that right away. Better to keep witnessed offenses to yourself, and hoard them for when you needed a favor. Combined criticism from both Natsu and Aislynn results in tears from the most sensitive among them - another smell regrettably familiar. Taking tentative steps outside of the den to ensure the now fleeing puppy was alright (ah, cold!) she breathes a sigh of relief to see that she was finding solace in Zeke. Shooting a mildly reproachful look Natsu’s way - Aislynn never held remorse, but this older brother could potentially be swayed - the thoughtful midnight babe carefully makes her way into the heart of camp, little claws embedded firmly in the ice to ensure that she would not slip. Mismatched eyes catch the literal tail end of Lynn and Iylah’s budding adventure as they slip inside Uncle Sol’s den. Fur bristles in alarm; her uncle had visited them and their mother once or twice, and both times had been stern and unimpressed. He would not take kindly to mischief of any kind happening within, but - and she shoots another wayward glance Tikaani’s way - tattling was an altogether unsavory solution. So was letting them screw things up for them all - one or two pups it may be, but if one sibling misbehaved she found their uncle tended to be surly with the rest of them as well, regardless of the perpetrator. Mind made up, she pads after her family. Inky black form all but invisible as she slips into the dark confines of Solex’s den, her presence is likely a surprise what with all their noses being clogged by the oppressing stench of herbs. She releases a reproaching rumble, the tiny growl raspy and weak with disuse. Not threatening, just disappointed. “You know Uncle Sol will hang us from the wall if he catches us in here.” She utters, gently but firmly. “I know you’re not going to listen to me, Aislynn.” And here she shoots a fond, if not exasperated, smile her prickly sister’s way. “But at least try not to trash the place.” And here, she squints at Iylah. Being one of the more...enthusiastic among them, she was most likely to break things, after Zeke. “It’ll make it easier to clean up after.” No doubt their scents would be telltale when Solex returned, though. She’d barely slithered through the thin opening and gotten to her paws before Miyu suddenly managed to catch up, concern clouding the murky pup’s maw. “You know Uncle Sol will hang us from the wall if he catches us in here,” she warned. Aislynn snapped a sorrel head over her shoulder, allowing Miyu a miniscule shred of severed patience. Miyu normally meant well besides — surely Aislynn could grant her the honors of a semi-attentive listen for now? Still, she could never resist a good quip. “You’re right. Only if Uncle Solex catches us, which I won’t let happen,” Lynn declared smugly, leaning back on brindled limbs. “Your point?” She asked slyly, cocking her head playfully. “I know you’re not going to listen to me, Aislynn.” Miyu shot back as she focused on fixing her gaze towards Iylah. “But at least try not to trash the place. It’ll make it easier to clean up after.” Aislynn took a moment to consider this; she knew all too well why her sister had shifted her gaze towards Iylah rather than her. Iylah was forever a klutz. Despite her best attempts at being otherwise, the pup always managed to make a mess somewhere. No, not a mess — mess was too generous. Iylah brought disaster, and Aislynn could only imagine the wreck she’d leave in her wake. The thought was enough to justify the warranting of a new plan altogether. And then, she realized she had Miyu. The originally planned duo border adventure could easily become that of a trio, if only she could somehow convince her to just tag along. “You know what Miyu? You’re right,” she began slowly, gathering her thoughts. “Iylah and I can go explore outside, but we both need another brave wolf to come join us. Mom and Dad won’t mind — and if they do, just bring ‘em back something pretty and they’ll forget the whole deal. It’ll be fun! Iiiiiiiiiif…” Aislynn drew on; bumping Miyu’s hip with her own larger one as she carelessly sidled past. “ You’re not a lily-livered wuss. Of course I know you’re not,” she quipped as she began shimmying out of the den. “But if you suddenly decided to become one, you could always go crying with Tikaani. What’s it gonna be Miyu?” Beckoning Iylah, she began sifting her way through the snow, but not before shooting Miyu a sharp, knowing wink. “You’re not a little flimsy pansy, right? Iylah and I are gonna start heading onto the borders now, but if you hurry, you can maybe catch up. Race you there!” With that, Aislynn broke into a lope, as much as she could in the snow, easily wriggling her way past Ferus’s dozing eyes and not looking back once. Aislynn snipping back with a smartass retort was familiar and expected, and the charcoal coated pup braces for a scathing comment of some kind. However, the sudden agreement on her surly sister’s part - you know what Miyu, you’re right - has her squinting her eyes. This was...suspicious. If she weren’t so focused on the catch that was surely to follow, the midnight babe would have requested those words be engraved in stone. Anything less and her family would never believe it. Iylah and I can explore outside, but we need another brave wolf to come with us. Ah...there it was. Iiiiiiif you’re not a lily-livered wuss. Of course I know you’re not...but if you suddenly decided to become one, you could always go crying with Tikaani. The trouble with manipulation was that knowing it was happening didn’t necessarily mean it didn’t work. Her tapered ears tilt back, not quite flat to her head, but still a clear display of her displeasure. Miyu was getting better about it, she was, but the Ferus child had never been secure in her place. Not within her parents den, and especially not out here, with all these older warriors judging her with either indifference or disdain. The need to prove herself worthy, prove that she would be just fine even if she would never win a scuffle with her siblings...it was an itch that she just couldn’t scratch. And Aislynn knew that. “ Low blow,” she hisses quietly to herself as she watches her wayward sisters scramble out of the clearing with nary a glance behind them. Whats it gonna be, Miyu? The little bitch releases a pent up sigh of frustration, weaseling through the snow after her sisters. Aislynn had known exactly what Miyu would choose. ||Exit to Border Outskirts||

As was expected, Ezikeal is not even sure what hit him at first--let alone who threw it at him. He had been far too distracted by the fact he could make his own tail move just by thinking about it. Magical! By now, he had all but forgotten his previous dramatics about snow. He is just sitting patting at his tail, innocent as ever, and then all of a sudden he is hit in the back of his head with something cold and hard. Although Ezikeal thinks less about the cold and more about the hard and how much The Hard™️ really hurts. He lets out a delayed yelp that, though delayed, perfectly captures the short-lived pain he felt (that has passed already, not that Ezikeal notices) and how over-dramatic he is going to be about it for the rest of the day.
Ezikeal forgets about The Hard™️ as quickly as he forgot about the snow (only to be remembered and complained about later, of course, what used is pain if not unintentionally milked for attention) when one of his siblings, perhaps the nicest of them all, approached him at speed. If she had leant on him harder, he would have probably fallen over. Not that she was heavy--far from it--he just wasn't very talented. He looks down at the top of her head, watching the snowflakes slowly floating down. He resists the urge to try and catch the snowflakes. Just.
"Good morning," Ezikeal replies brightly. He considers her question for a moment... and then considers it some more. "I dunno. Fun, I guess?" He isn't really the type to consider deep questions like "why is my sister an ass" . He is instead more likely to consider "why does grass taste good and why do my sisters laugh when I eat it" .

Ezi was always the pup who was chipper. No matter what was thrown at him, even a big icy snowball, he seemed happy. Letting out a small sigh, Tikaani snuggled herself into his fur as he spoke, "Good morning! I dunno. Fun, I guess?" With a small huff of disagreement, the gentle pup removed her weight from her littlest brother's side. "Well, it sure isn't fun for anyone else," the little angel frowned. Just as she spoke, the devil herself made her way around the commons, popping briefly into Uncle Sol's den before stealing away her sisters away from the commons. At first, Tikaani's lithe frame lurched forwards, ready to bolt back into the den and tell on the trio disappearing from the safety of their parents' supervision, but she stopped herself. She already told on them this morning, and Aislynn had made her cry. She didn't want to be the pup who cried wolf, constantly telling on her siblings for little things when big trouble could be just around the horizon and no one would believe her. No. Her parents would find you where they'd gone once they woke up, and they'd get into even more trouble once they found out on their own. Stuck with only her brothers in the Commons, Tikanni quickly thought up an easy game to play. "Hey, Zekie, do you wanna play a game of 'Eat the Snowflake?' Whoever can catch 10 snowflakes first wins! Natsu come play with us! 3, 2, 1, go!" Calling out for her remaining sibling to join the pair, the she-pup bounced through the snow, her mouth gaping open in the smile that had fallen from her face before. Hopping through the falling snowflakes, the young wolf tried to forget the meanie pants that was her sister as she absorbed herself in the game. @ezikeal Hunter Natsu

Barely minutes passed and the two pups were already about to get to their destination, when Aislynn, the head of their little expedition, realized that they would not be able to reach it without getting caught by their uncle, Solex. Didn't take that long for the small one to come up with a new thing to do, another adventure to take up on. “C’mon Iylah. Change of plans. Let’s go see what Uncle Sol has in his pit". Before she could even dare protest or voice her opinion as to why that was not a good idea, Iyllah could see her sibling getting further and further away from her. Sighing, the youngling zipped his mouth and followed suit.
Once there, the place was pretty weird. Strange smells surrounded the small place, corrupting the pup's nose, making her cringe at the newfound combo of distincts scents. "Hey Iy; I dare you to put the first thing you find in your mouth", her sister challenged,. Without actually looking at her sister, Iylah responded. "Yeah, I'll think I'll pass that offer, sis. Don't wanna puke my innar-", she said, just as Aislynn shoved her into the depth of the den, before jumping in herself.
Barely avoiding falling snoot first into the ground, the brown pup stood up, still dizzy from the fall and respective shove. I'm gonna end up dead by the end of this if she keeps hurting me. She didn't even have time to ask her sister what her problem was, when another one of his siblings appeared in the den, outta the blue most likely, stating that they would get in a lot of trouble if they were to be caught. Iylah expected the brute of a sister she had to dismiss the advice and call her a crybaby, but, surprisingly Aislynn behaved, and actually agreed with Miyu, which led to yet another change of plans.
They would go to the outskirts apparently, and Miyu was allowed to come, unless she wanted to go back to the den with Tikaani. Aislynn knew perfectly where to hit, and with a last challenge, she raced both of her present sisters to the outskirts, their new destination. Suprised by the sudden movement, Iylah just couldn't do more than to throw a short-lived small towards Miyu, and run in the direction her other sibling was heading towards, followed closely by the new addition to the party.
