The brownie wolf kept playing with the nut as if it was the funniest thing in her world. Giving small laughs, the yearling started to run around the thing that captured her interest as nothing before. Karini was an apprentice but didn't know in which task to focus on, since she never had any kind of training before her family was gone, this made her be literally useless. She wondered if here in this new pack, she could learn anything I order to be the wolf she wanted to be. After a while, her attention changed to a butterfly that levitated smoothly with the wind. This made her start chasing it, it was pretty cool for her to see and wanted to see what these animals were capable of doing. But after some minutes she went tired and sat down under a big tree. She panted a bit as looks at the sky, as she did she wondered if her family was watching her from wherever they are now. She missed her mother and father deeply, she wished they were still alive, by her side. But she knew they weren't coming back never again. She was thanked with Rowan and the rest of the pack, but she didn't have any friend yet, she wondered if they liked her or not. Alpha Rowan @wingnut @everyone

R A I S ARogue Raisa was enjoying the quiet envelopment of silence that pulsed over the clearing. Joy was soon with her as well, pressing her temple to Raisa's belly. Joy was the only one that knew of Raisa's pregnancy, and she had not told the father quite yet, in fear of his rejection. Rowan was a kind male however, and over the past couple months, it seemed that they had grown rather close. Of course she would never abandon the pups that she was taking care of to be with him, but some nights she had spent awake just talking with him, gazing at the stars and feeling the warmth radiating from the male had given Raisa more life than before. Something about the male made her heartbeat rapidly increase in pace, and made her face flush with a heated feeling. But alas, during one of their midnight strolls it seems that things had progressed further than before, and that's how she had wound up pregnant with his pups.
This was Raisa's first pregnancy, although with how many males had acted before when proposing litters, they were doing it because Raisa was a beautiful she-wolf and would pass on beautiful pups. She felt that Rowan was not that type of male, and could never be that cold as to use her to produce a litter to continue on his legacy. She felt something more with him, and so she would most definitely tell him when the time was right. Bringing her attention to the area in front of her, it seemed that there was commotion with a new wolf approaching. Raisa immediately took a standing position in front of Joy, shielding the young she-wolf like she always did. Wingnut was there, and Raisa trusted that the female would keep a close eye on the stranger. Looking towards Rowan, she kept her rosey colored eyes on the pups around, knowing that she would need to protect them at a moments notice if there were going to be any intruders there.
As Simon approached behind Wingnut, Raisa's alarm only heightened as the young male approached the she-wolf that had entered their territory. They had taken in Simon and his brother Azrath since they were motherless. Given that she tried her best to produce a motherly figure in their life, it didn't seem to quite work. She knew that their mother had already made a bond with them, and as she had burned in the fire that had ravaged most of the territory, Raisa felt responsible for them. She was indeed one of the more motherly figures in the pack and had been appointed to caring for any and all pups that were to come to their pack. Seeing that the male was potentially putting himself in danger, she let out a bark towards him. "Simon come here!" She said, hearing the words the male uttered to the she-wolf.
If he were to listen, she would most definitely scold the male. "What are you thinking? She could be just acting and could have attacked you! Stay here," She said, pointing towards her side. If the young one was not to come to her call however, she would reprimand him later, as well as bringing it to Rowan's attention if the strikingly handsome Alpha had not noticed while dealing with the new she-wolf.

Looking towards Cersiren as she took his advice and started to creep forward, he noticed that she was a bit shaky, which was to be expected from the she-wolf. This was something new for her, and when he had first learned to hunt, he was not at all confident and was a little nervous, just like she was. Giving her a small encouraging smile, he looked over her form a little bit before nodding. "You're doing great!" He spoke, with a small wag to his tail before moving a little ways away. "Now, the real test is finding something for you to actually catch," He stated, looking towards her. "I'll look for something, and I'll have you try and catch it. But don't worry about getting it right on the first try," He stated, looking towards her with sympathy. "It takes a lot of practice to hunt rabbits, and they are one of the most pesky prey to catch," He was trying his best to keep it lighthearted, because he knew that she would take it personally if he was too literal with her. He wanted her to be at ease with hunting, and not frightened of it.
Circling around the perimeter, he caught the scent of a rabbit rather quickly. Going back to where Cersiren was, he would quietly ask her to follow him before taking her to where they would start the hunt. "Alright, do what I taught you to do, and if you don't catch it, I'll be right on the other side to help you," He said, looking towards her with a confident smile. "I believe you can do it," His confidence in the female was strong, and he knew that she could overcome this challenge. Circling around to where he was not in the rabbits sights, but close enough to catch it if Cersiren were to not be able too, he waited patiently on the female, hoping that she would do well, and would make the catch.

Afer some time sitting there she felt lonely and looked around to see if there was someone she could talk to. But she was still a bit shy so she would find it a bit hard but she knew if she wanted to be noticed she would have to give the first step. So after some time, she spotted Wignut the wolf that made her getting accepted into the pack. But would she desire to talk her? She was a bit afraid she does, but not seeing anyone else she had to at least try. So gaining some value walks toward it keeping a submissive body language, ears dropped against her skull, lowered tail and slow walking. Once she reached her she raised her head a bit. "Hello, Wignut...May I join you?" But as she approached her she saw an unknown face with suspicious behavior. And now that she was closer saw Wignut with tail raised and threatening expressions. What was going on? Her young mind couldn't understand it yet, so she found the need of asking. "Whats going on? Whos are they? She asked. She felt in danger as saw the other wolf. Just for curiosity walks shyly toward the wolf and with caution sniff them. "Whos you? What are you doing here? Looking for a home?" She asked with her ignorance of not considering the danger she was getting herself in.

APPRENTICE SCOUT HYE-SU
”Play to your strengths!" Came the bark of Hye-Su’s chosen mentor, moving to her next target she went for his tail, success in sinking her teeth there. Still she stayed soft, not truly wishing to deal damage to her mentor. While he was her mentor, he was still a stranger to her, and fear gripped her mind unknowingly as she did not wish to deal with angry backlash. "If you bear my build," ear flickering to his voice as he taught her, briefly for a moment distracted. Jerking away from his movements it was too late as dust caught up into her face, choking.
"Don't weave, dancing in and out of the fray. Likewise, if you are small, young, and malnourished," through her coughing fit she attempted to pay attention to his words but this left her own guard down. "Don't hurtle in headfirst! The world is brutal - it will not grant you sympathy! Restored vigor riveted behind each blow as he aimed, each launched with looming earnestness. What good would accuracy be if blows could never complete launch?”
"Dodge!" Hye-Su attempted to jerk her body away from his own, her head still reeling from the dust and the quick movements he made towards her. "You've only moments to move. A minute, a moment's hesitation, and you'll find yourself embedded in enemy jaws." As soon as the words left Rowan’s mouth Hye-Su felt her leg go out from underneath her. A small yip of surprise left ebony lips as her air whipped by her ears as she landed hard on the ground.
Quick he had her pinned to the ground, teeth in her neck. For a brief moment she struggled until his jaw tightened around her neck with each struggle. Stealing she laid there defeated, trying not to feel immense disappointment in herself.
"And then, all of a sudden, as swift as it began, it'll be instantly over. A single, well-aimed snap. No second chances. No do-overs. Sympathy, patience, sorrow - are legends, the lot. The world fights with full, unrelenting force, and has never hesitated for the faint-hearted, the fearful, the fool." Taking a breath she laid there, letting her body get accustomed to the feeling of defeat. This feeling stung deeper than her brothers claws on her face.
"You've a lifetime to learn. It'll be a brutal, painstakingly long path, but when you reach your end, you'll hold your own against every adversary. You'll be ready for what the world can wield against you. However, - For now, focus on rest. The world can be conquered after you've gained your strength."
With his words she nodded, rolling to her stomach before slowly rising to her paws. Warily she moved to where the pups stood and with disorganized movements and fell to the ground. Vaguely aware that Raisa had moved to fight Rowan, she attempted to stay awake. However, after days of travel without sleep, finally a full stomach, she passed out.
T I M E S K I P
The months that passed between that fateful day have been good for Hye-Su. Instead of the skinny wolf that started under the tutelage of Rowan was now well muscled out as her body continued to grow into an adult. For now, her height has not changed and it would be determined that it wouldn’t but her features matured out and now she stood close to a full grown wolf.
Her curiosity with the world began to grow, some thanks to Raisa. Hye-Su was only a year old at the time, having lived a life of determination and hard work habits left her void of a normal childhood. Living with young pups and still being young herself, Hye-Su began to take on a slightly more cheerful stride and a little more willing to smile and laugh.
Even now, as she moved about the snow, she had a slightly more prancing stride. She let her nose guide her as she tracked a rabbit. Her work-a-holic nature still persists but she has a happier outlook on life than she did before. She was being trained to be a scout and she wanted to make sure she could track most trails no matter how old they were. This one was a few days old, which proved difficult to stay on track.
Only when she crossed a scent of a stranger had her looking concerned. Flicking an ear and raising her head, the scent seemed to be angeled to where her home was. Flicking a tail in annoyance at her failure to secure the borders she turned and began to run back towards home.
Hye-Su had little worry for the approaching stranger. The scent was female with a hint of milk, meaning this she-wolf was pregnant. Hopefully this stranger proved innocent and not a threat to anyone’s livelihood.
Approaching the scene, Hye-Su already saw that Wingnut was already approaching the stranger. Moving forward she took a position a few feet behind her superior; for back up if things went south. The female looked unstable, ears stayed alert as her body stance was once for defence and dodging.

.:TimeSkip 2.5 Months:. The word 'difficult' was a large understatement to the lupine. Parenthood would have proved far easier if she had birthed a smaller litter. No, she swore her entire pelt was fading to gray raising her 6 pups, and the joke was that it had only been a month. Truth be told, Lilac thought of herself as a terrible mother. Lately she found herself off in her own mind, stranded off in a silent eerie world of hers, a blank medium of nothing. She felt empty and numb; incomplete. It had occurred several times where she had simply lost track of time, wasting away in a small den she had found for her hungry pups until their unhappy crys reminded her that she had to eat to produce milk for them. Thankful that her figure had slimmed once again since the pregnancy, Lilac was still suffering and a bit skinnier than before. She was growing weak due to her non-routinely diet, learning to only find comfort in the beautiful blessings her mate had left her with. She found herself curling tightly around her babies at night and burying her nose into their silky pelt, relishing the scent of Logan in their fur. And thank the heavens the males features bled into the majority of them. Lilac could be more thankful that her mate had at least witnessed the birth of his children, equally helping to name them and care for her and them in the first few hours after birth. A little girl named Lacey proved to be the runt of the litter, though the tiny white cloud was just as spunky as her siblings. Three of their pups came out more of an orangey color like Logan; little Midori and her two brothers Soren and Ashton. Then another ivory girl they named Rose who enjoyed snuggling closest to mommy, and lastly the oddball Kendrix who was also the biggest and greediest. They were all Lilac had of her mate now, and she loved them all fiercely, regardless of the hassle they put her through. On the contrary, the depression her mates death had sent her into was bothersome and disturbed her way of life with their children. She was failing herself and them, not hardly performing as well as she expected. Of course, surely she would be a lot better off if Logan hadn't been bitten by a poisonous snake. What was worse, after the hybrid had passed by her side, Lilac was rendered defenseless given the snake or any other predator had discovered their other den. She couldn't risk the injury or death of her other pups if she had tried delivering them one by one to a new site, much less did she feel safe leaving her den period. Nature took its course, and her mates body soon began decomposing right by the family, forcing Lilac to make the heartbreaking decision of leaving him the moment the majority of her pups could walk. Since then she felt guilty, knowing that their children would eventually piece together the rather confusing situation at the time. Thankfully, by the time they had opened their eyes their father was long dead. For now the lupine had merely stuck with the story that a kind young male had crossed upon mommys path when she was struggling and helped her. Of course, the story wouldn't last forever, and Lilac dreaded the day that she would have to relive her mates agonizing death. Because she had grown so upset, the she-wolf had came to the conclusion that night that she would have to put her pride aside and seek assistance. Her biggest worry was the amount of attention her hybrid pups would attract. Best case scenario was that she could find at least one kind soul to aid her with her large litter until she could find her paws again. Worst was that she may have to fend off the hostility she could receive and protect her 6 pups with her life. It was all so risky, but Lilac was desperate. The white beauty swallowed nervously as she peered outside, viewing the cool sunlight that peeked into their den. It was time to go, only now while the sun had just barely came up. Her best chance of avoiding pesky predators with her litter was when they would still be sleeping in. The wary mother uncoiled and slipped cautiously into the blinding winter world outside, ignoring the protesting cries of her pups. Bright ivory hues flickered nervously around the area, scanning for any signs of movement. For now, there seemed to be nothing. One of the few factors in her favor today was that she knew where she planned on going: Lilac had scented the stale smell of a large group trailing around in the area a few days back as she was out on a hunt. The more wolves, the merrier it seemed. Lilac briskly turned to peek inside the den, staring lovingly at her large pile of hybrids. They were her pride an joy, undoubtedly. " Come on babies, it's a little early but we have an adventure to go on," the lupine cooed, craning her neck forward to nose gently through the sleepy fur balls.

Every morning, her mother’s warmth meandered away, temporarily lost while she wandered the plains in search of – well, something, she was sure. It was a habit Lacey had long since accustomed herself to, stretching back as long as she could remember, which granted wasn’t long. However, unlike her siblings, she’d never minded, but perhaps this was due to the fact that while they felt every nip of winter’s bite, Lacey had lain untouched at the center, swaddled within their warmth, what with being so very small. What could she say? Being the baby sometimes paid off. As her siblings shivered and shrieked in protest, she dreamt serenely of summer, when the world cloaked itself the same lovely shade as Kendrix’s eyes: green. Then, her mother heeded, the world would be warm enough for her to play outside every day in, when the winter ice slid into sapphire blue, when flowers would slip between snow and begin to bloom, and when the warblers and larks sang lovely songs all day instead of the brief dawn and dusk serenades. She could hardly wait for the foreign concepts of heat, dew and rain, and the color, sweet lord the color! Her mother had borne her into an ivory world every bit as pale and pristine as herself, lovely, but lacking in color. Her mind had often craved such, anything besides alabaster to fuel her fantasies of summer, each growing ever-lovelier than the last. She’d take comfort in the fact that it lay closer than expected. Or at least, that’s what Momma always said.
"Come on babies,” her mother crooned meekly. “It's a little early but we have an adventure to go on." Instantly, the ivory runt’s ears perked up, unsure if they had truly heard what they’d hoped they had. Did she mean it! An adventure, all of them! A short, thrilled gasp of delight passed between pale jaws, plush white paws scrabbling against her sibling’s curled sleeping forms as she attempted to right herself. Adventure had always been the stuff of legend; the riveting, tempting rumor she could witness clearly, yet never completely grasp on her own. She had begged her mother ceaselessly for any form of the sort, the briefest swiftest bit of excitement to sate her eternal hunger. Somewhere, anywhere would’ve done, so long as it was new and unexplored. And now, they finally got to go on one! “Momma, momma!” Lacey squealed, accidently stomping on a tail or two in her excitement. “Do you mean it? Are we really!,” she panted, unable to keep her thoughts half in line at the news. Swiftly, she shook her little head about, hoping to ease her excitement long enough to find a word or two. “Where are we gonna go first?"

The large male wandered through the brush lands, the plants here as prickly as his outward personality. The male shakes his large head and lets out a scoff; looking at his disposition, he could see why wolves were not necessarily inclined to be his friend. If they were, it was for his protection, not his friendship. Wolves saw his muscular build and the scars dotting his coat and instantly thought of him as some sort of bodyguard. What a joke. Walking along, lost in thoughts, a sound caught his attention. The scent of many wolves and territory markings hit his nose. A pack? In rogue lands? Golden eyes narrowed as he walked on, curious of the situation but not wanting to trespass. The closer he got, the more the scents began to separate and become distinct from each other, although they still seemed to be pertaining to one ‘pack.’ Helios had never encountered a pack nor been in one before, and the scents of all the wolves seemed slightly overwhelming. How did people live like that? Putting up with so many wolves, being so… social? Did they ever have any alone time? He had never thought the pack life was for him. If he were ever to join one, he would probably live his life out as alone as before, despite being surrounded by wolves all the time. Never had Helios found someone to devote himself to since he left his sisters, and never had the thought crossed his mind that that might be something worthwhile to find. Truly, he considered himself a loner. Helios lets out a small grunt of curiosity as he comes close to the borders of this rogue band or pack, who were they? He had heard of four other packs here, but knew they were far from these brush-filled lands. One of the scents was awfully close, he noticed, and turned his head. It seemed there was some socializing going on between two wolves, one of them who did not carry the mingled scent of these other wolves. She must be a random rogue stumbling upon this pack as I have, Helios thinks to himself. @wingnut Alpha Rowan OOC: I was told to just throw Helios over so… I’m throwing him over, lol. Idk who to tag but here he is)

Still was the way Ashton's world was right now. He was overcome by a still warmth, surrounded by it. The rhythm of his family inhaling and exhaling rocked him to sleep, with an intermingling of pelts surrounding him and holding him tight within his sleep. Right now, he was asleep, peacefully settled into the blanket of warmth and darkness and dreams. However, it never lasts long come the morning. He lets out a small yip of a groan as the form of his mother pulls away from him and his siblings, cooler air suddenly hitting his fur where it had not before. He lets out a very small whimper as his dream slowly starts to fade, the only thing that he can remember is that it was good, which frustrates him. Ashton lifts two cloudy eyes and blinks them repeatedly, trying to lift their heaviness away as he slowly woke up. His mother stood outside in the winter air, a white form amidst white weather. The chill intimidates him but the sight of his mother was always something comforting to see, though he didn't really have an explanation as to why, except for the fact that she was, well, his mother. Was something wrong? Why must she abandon the comfort of the den and her pups for that uninviting chill in the air? Milky-colored eyes gaze at his mother in confusion, wishing they could just go back to sleep.
"Come on babies, it's a little early but we have an adventure to go on," His mother's voice lilts out. Instantly, excitement shoots through Ashton's whole body, and he has forgotten about the chill. He stands up suddenly, the weight of something that had been resting on his back (presumably one of his siblings' heads or legs) falling to the ground with a thunk as he did so. His sister Lacey was up just as fast as Ashton, a smile just as bright splayed upon her face.
"Momma, momma! Do you mean it? Are we really? Where are we gonna go first?" she asks, obviously excited.
"Ahh, I'm so excited," Ashton practically whispers, no questions ceding from his mouth. The fiery orange pup's excitement was causing his legs to tremble a bit and his little fuzzy tail to sweep through the air behind him, though he did not express himself as verbally. All of the pups yearned for excitement, of course, as was a pup's nature, but Ashton had been developing quite the thirst for it. He wished nothing more than to explore, to find new things, to test his bravery and skill. Ashton was never too afraid to try something new or be the first to. He felt as though the world was his, and he couldn't wait to grow up to experience it all, though he had been told not to rush his pup years.
What were they going to do? A hunt? Exploring new lands? Meeting dangerous wolves? Learning to battle? Just thinking about what his mother had in store for him had him practically quivering (though some of it could be contributed to shivering), and a smile stretched itself across the young boy's face. Finally, something to fix his craving for adventure!
@lacey @lilac @soren @scenery @violet OOC: I am so excited to be roleplaying with this group!

"You're doing great!" Seymour reassures her. Cersiren lets out a small exhale, her breath a steady stream of relief. The female was glad she didn't look too bad, at least, though she was sure she didn't look great. "Now, the real test is finding something for you to actually catch," he says. Well, here was her chance to screw it up. Now she was actually being put to the test. At least there wasn't too much pressure. It wasn't like the two of them were starving or anything, and she was sure he was too kind to expect anything major from her or pressure her. That thought causes a small wave of warmth in her chest. It was good to finally have someone kind there for her, ever since she had been forced out from her pack she had felt nothing but loneliness and guilt. This wolf had been kind to her, and they had stayed in a steady mutual relationship. While Cersiren didn't know Seymour well, she felt steady here, trusting of her situation. "I'll look for something, and I'll have you try and catch it. But don't worry about getting it right on the first try. It takes a lot of practice to hunt rabbits, and they are one of the most pesky prey to catch."
The female lifts herself from her position, the crouch so unfamiliar to her causing her legs to cramp. Shaking out her creamy pelt, she watched Seymour with a steady amber gaze, waiting for his next instruction. Something seems to catch Seymour's eye, and Cersiren rotates her ears attentively towards her 'mentor.' "Alright, do what I taught you to do, and if you don't catch it, I'll be right on the other side to help you. I believe in you." Cersiren gives another small nod, takes a deep breath, and walked over to a safe distance between her and the rabbit. She lowers herself into a crouch, her form still not perfect but much better than before. Quickly in her mind, she runs through Seymour's corrections, and applies them to her posture. Letting out one last small exhale, the female set her gaze, dead-locked on the rabbit, who hopped around, sniffing the ground with a twitching nose.
She takes a few slow but steady steps forward, trying not to alert the rabbit. Then, when she thinks she is close enough, she makes an aimed leap for the rabbit, who sees her and tries to run. Would Cersiren catch it? Worry began to bead in her mind as she was leaping, everything feeling as though it was moving in slow motion. When she lands, she is afraid she does not have the rabbit, but upon a look see at her paws, a struggling hare (Still alive) has one hind leg stuck under Cersiren's paw, squirming and about to escape. Quickly she leans down to put the rabbit's life, and the hunting lesson, to an end. When she raises her head, she cannot help a beautiful smile spreading across her face. She had done it! Well, barely, but she had caught it!
"That's better than I've done before," she says with a small, slightly exasperated laugh.
@seymour I cannot wait for their relationship to grow ah

The prince of the group had hardly recognized the responsibilities involved with his position; waking up at a decent time to perform his princely duties of bugging his siblings was not on his list today. The boy had insisted on staying up late last night, and so it seemed that his mom would take control this morning. Rather than his mother's gentle nose, Soren was immediately awoken by the excitement buzzing off of his siblings. They dare wake up before him?! The prince sprang to his paws, blinking away the tiredness in his eyes rapidly. In order to regain composure, Soren began his usual morning bath, smoothing down his soft fur while inquisitively listening to Lacey. The pup hadn't registered where they were going yet, but an adventure it seemed was about to pursue. He could already imagine himself battling for the lead of the pack with Kendrix, racing to be in front of even their mother. They never went on adventures! Perhaps it had become safe outside for such an occasion, as he often noticed how restless his mother was otherwise. Getting to his paws, the male quickly flocked to Kendrix. Though the brothers clashed far too often, he was also Sorens favorite. Maybe not for the complete reason that he liked Kendrix, but because he constantly felt the need to prove his worth and battle for the top position of their siblings. Kendrix was the one that fueled his need for dominance and control. Soren prodded devilishly at his brothers flank, nipping impishly at his ear before hopping away. "Wake up fatty! I'll beat you outside-" the male scampered up to the entrance of the den, weaving through his mothers big legs only to sink into an icy blinding white light. Soren had forgotten what snow felt like, stuck on den arrest it seemed. He never understood what scared his mother so much about the outside world, but he sure was thankful they could leave finally. The pup wadded through the loose snow, finding his way back to his mother's leg only to savor the tiny bit of warmth coming off of her. Though ecstatic about exploring, Soren wasn't so enthused to freeze his paws off.

APPRENTICE HYE-SU
Hye-Su eyes wondered to Karini, a she-wolf her own age and coat shade. However, that was where their similarities stopped. While Hye-Su in how own opinion was mature, level-headed, and had common sense, Karini seemed to lack those qualities. Of course, the other she-wolf was raised as a rogue and had an upbringing similar to that, which was a lack of one. Hye-Su was taught, grilled, and educated from a young age as to how to act, how to think, and how to view the world around them.
Hye-Su promptly rolled her eyes as Karini entered the clearing seeming to be oblivious to the obvious threat. Hye-Su could never predict how oblivious this yearly truly was as she moved forward to greet this hysterical she-wolf. Although Hye-Su did not look at Karini with high hopes, she did have compassion for her. Jutting forward she stood to the back, closer to Wingnut now. Her own black tail curling high to show dominance towards the stranger.
Black ears moved to hear the sound of Rowan, to see if he was even in the area to help deal with this. Hye-su, in her heart, did not trust this situation. There was something off, something the way this one moved and talked made her blood run cold. Hye-Su would not show this on her face, though, just simply a blank, emotionless expression. "Karini," she spoke softly, not rudely or rough, "Move back," was her suggestion, plum eyes moving to the other and motioning her head for Karini to join Hye-Su behind Wingnut.

She was going to add something else when she heard the older´s advice about staying out of the way. She lowered her ears and without saying a word followed the other wolf to be behind Wingnut. Her golden eyes were now in a concerned expression. She just felt as no one wanted her here, the way she is usually unnoticed, no one speaks to her. And it seemed no one had helped her train in what she would be when she is older.
She sighed upset about how useless she was at the moment. In this few months she lived with Rowan, she noticed how skilled the other teenagers of the pack were compared to her self, a wolf that didn't even know how to hunt or defend herself. She stopped walking as looks down, her eyes seemed to be soon between tears. She gave two more steps and sat down, her brown tail curled around her paws. She may have learned many things about being stronger in an emotional way, but she still had some pessimistic points of view. She wished to be like the rest, normal, capable of making friends and being someone others would enjoy talking to.

Simon come here! Soot colored ears perk and swivel, a grimace already on his face as he trods over to Raisa. Mustering up a halfhearted glare, he mentally braces for whatever scolding is to come. What are you thinking? She could have been just acting and could have attacked you! Stay here. He scowls, tail flicking irritably. “I was behind Wingnut - I trust she would have been able to handle a smaller pregnant wolf.” He grumbles. As for staying...he glances at the spot she indicated beside her, back to her, then back to the spot. “How ‘bout I just stay away from the commotion instead,” he compromises quickly before turning away (no, he wasn’t powerwalking, he just had places to be) before she can say anything to the contrary. Glancing around, he watches as Hye-Su sends Karini away from the ‘action’, so to speak. Yeah, I know how that feels, he muses, walking over to the dark furred lupess. “Buck up,” he says gruffly, nudging her cheek with his nose. “Don’t let ‘em see that you’re upset, especially not that new stranger.” He tilts his head. “Lets go see if we can scrounge up some food, yeah? Some mice, or a quail. I’m sure those worrywarts won’t care as long as we don’t go far.” Tail twitching, he plods off into the trees, hopefully with Karini following behind. Putting his nose to the ground, he sniffs around, hoping to catch the trail of some stray bird or mouse. What he gets, whatever, is the scent of another wolf - and not from their group. Straightening, he turns to Karini with a frown. “There’s someone over there - d’you think we should tell someone, or see what they’re doing ourselves?” He’d let her make the call on this one; she seemed to need the confidence boost.

When a tear just slippered down her left cheek, a little voice rushed into her ears. Because of her eyes getting a bit wet due to the upcoming tears, she couldn't see clearly who was it. But with her paw cleans them and now with them free, she saw a pup talking to her. They proposed to go find some food, she thought about it a bit. But the curiosity and wish of making her first friend within the pack, made her stand up and follow the pup to wherever he was guiding her. "I guess while we stay near, they won't say anything." She responded to his words. When it came to talking new wolves, she was very shy and unconfident toward herself. She knew little about long conversations and how to not kill it.
But then she saw how the pup ran back to her. And the words that followed him made her feel scared. Her ears flattened and her tail takes place between her legs. "Oh no...We should run to the adult then...what if we get attacked or something?" She said with her voice cutting at times due to the fear. "What should we do now?" Asked as her inexperience didn't allow her to make a desition.
