Athena's gaze narrowed carefully as two more new arrivals came to introduce themselves. One was a rather anxious looking male that gave off a strange feeling to Athey, while the other was a young pup. A pup, I haven't seen one of those in forever.. she would think self-consciously to herself. Well, perhaps if Gideon was still around, but Athena has no time to worsen her mood. She offered a kind looking face to the two of them, not able to help her eyes straying to the pup more often than not. But then, Blake the newbie instantly galloped up, behind Red of course, evaluating the pup obviously. The action irritated Athena, though, as the male could easily scare the pup looking like a fool. She already knew she was growing not to like him, just like the herbal wolf Riel that they already had, but those opinions she would keep to herself.
On the contrary to her own tension, Athey would take a single calm step forward, lowering her cranium and allowing a friendly smile to come across her features toward the pup. Eventually an awkward sentence would come of him, explaining that he did not know english and his name was Wynston. Athena lifted her head back up to a normal half-dominate stance, a curious gaze straying towards Red. "He's a cute little thing, ey? I could help him with his English," she would say in a soft monotone, glancing toward him. The she-wolf then made the decision to speak up for the group, as they couldn't stand around and talk about new members and the pup forever. "Wynston, we would be happy to nourish you as best we can," she would say with a smile, choosing her words carefully as she didn't want to upset him by saying "take care of", though that was basically what they would have to do. "Now, I think if there are no more interruptions we should really get a move on. Our numbers have only grown, and thus we have more mouths to feed," she would continue, lowering her head slightly towards Red to show no disrespect towards her title. With that, Athena would flick her tail towards Echo, welcoming him into their group to travel with them. Wynston, however, she made room for so that he would be near Red, as he has shown a bit of liking towards her. The fawn she-wolf would then begin a mild pace towards a reasonable hunting area, like there was much to look for in the desert, starting off slow until Red was infront of her and leading.

He was relieved to hear that the little pup could speak, it was interesting though, both the accent and level of knowledge that the little pup contained. "He's a cute little thing, ey? I could help him with his English," Athena spoke, sending a small bit of relief to Blake's heart. I motherly figure would be important to the pup, especially if he was going to survive in the desert. The cream wolf's next statement brought an even larger wave of calm to the healer, "Wynston, we would be happy to nourish you as best we can. Nodding his head to himself, the cobalt eyed male turned to Red, wondering what she was going to do about both Wynston and Echo. Echo could probably help with the hunt, but all little Wynston could probably do was watch, which made sense. There was definitely a large enough number of adults to take down a large animal easily, conditions permitting. All the cobalt eyed male could do was wait for Red's call. 𝔯𝔢𝔡 "I'm tough, I'm ambitious, and I know exactly what I want. If that makes me a b*tch, okay!" --Modanna--
Red looked to Athena as she approached the pup. For a moment instincts flourished in her bosom to keep strangers away from the young thing but she kept those down with force and let nothing show. Turning back to the pup, her tail twitched as she gave a solemn nod and a gentle smile. “Welcome, Wynston,” she said softly turning to Athena with a bright smile.
“You’ll stay with him and I’ll lead the hunt,” she spoke before turning to Echo. “You may join us as well, we could always use the extra jaw power,” she said with a chuckle before turning to lead the group towards their hunting grounds. At some point Athena and Wynston, probably Riel, would leave the group to hunker down safely and out of harm's way while the rest would hunt.
Coming to a small hill they could overlook a valley and several larger hills, a smaller mountainous area. A group of white tail deer could be seen, although majority looked healthy and two bucks roamed the area as well. This would be a dangerous game to play. Surveying the area she deducted that they would try and go after an older doe but to make sure that others were on the same train of thought, she turned to the group to see what they would say.
“What do you guys think?”

Blake scanned his cobalt gaze over the herd of deer Red had found. He furrowed his brows and turned to the leader of the group. "Red, I hate to do this, but since you already have Riel, I must be going. I know that Wynston will be in good paws, but I would like to learn and heal, and this desert will do no good for me. Goodbye." Dipping his head respectively, the cream-mixture of a wolf turned back to the way he had entered the desert, the sand filling the gaps made by his paws as soon as he moved his paws. He wanted to find someone that actually needed his help, and with seemingly only the small group of wolves in the desert, he wasn't about to expand his knowledge much from sticking around. -Exit to Lubrusca Border Outskirts- General Red @athena @riel @echo

Wynston
The adults seemed fine with the little pup's presence but Wynston wasn't so sure he was happy here. He felt suffocated around all the other wolves but he knew that this was his fault. He had come here for help and he was still a sack of bones but, he couldn't stay here. Here, with wolves all around him. He wanted to go elsewhere, a place where he wouldn't be the only pup perhaps and a place where he could learn and grow around others that where bounded in a named group. A pack maybe.
Wynny smiled at the adults, trying not to look as uncomfortable as he really felt and backed up a step. His small body edged backwards more and more, his one pumpkin toned eye watching carefully every action of the other wolves'. Once he was far enough away, Wynston turned around and dashed away into the sunburnt desert. His paw pads were cracked and it hurt to run, his bones pushed through his skin and his eye was watering from all the dust and heat but he pushed on anyways. Maybe the place he searched for was closer then he thought.

Watching as the Blake and Wynston left, almost in the same direction, she felt her heart sink a little. Was she losing her touch as a confident leader? Looking to those who remained, she could tell some also seemed to be distant from one another. This was no longer the group that she had originally formed. No longer did they seem to get along, if they even did. Gideon and Lash fought for day one, and for a time she thought Gideon and herself had bonded. But she was wrong to assume that. She was wrong to assume that she could keep the remnants together for so long. They were rogues. Who was she kidding to believe that they would be something more than that. That took more strength and charisma than she had. Looking to Athena, how she held herself and the kind look in her eyes. She did not belong out here. Athena belonged in a pack, not stuck here with her. Flicking her ears she looked out at the group, a small huff escaping her lips. “Hunt is cancelled, go find yourself hares to eat,” she ordered, eyes turning away and back towards Athena. Once the group had dispersed, leaving the two to themselves, Red approached her companion, burying her face into the crook of her friend’s neck. “How do we keep this together?” she asked, her voice soft and muffled by her friend’s fur. Red did not expect an answer and only sighed as she pulled herself away with her head held high. Turning she trotted away, back towards their current campgrounds.
timeskip 1 month
With the desert you can really see the change of seasons. You can feel them though. The weather has slowly begun to sink at night. The weather bordering on freezing. The days have gotten shorter as well. Rain clouds could be seen in the distance but have yet to make it to their home. They needed to move. In the last month, they lost so many wolves. Already Blake and Wynston had left. Only a few days after them Cheveyo and Celeste left as well. At least that is what Red assumes. They went on a hunting trip and never returned. Lash had grown distant to the point she never came back. That happened just after the love birds. After Lash, Riel began to distance himself as well. Leaving for long trips to return with herbs, to eat whatever they had caught, stay a day or two, then leave again. The wolves that she had once lead had left her. Of course they were still rogues. They had no obligation to stay. The only thing that kept her from sinking into a deep depression was the arrival of someone special. Her brother; Ridley. His arrival one day had brightened her mood up and she gained some confidence. Only within the week she could feel herself becoming more confident. She was still anxious and actively relied upon Athena. Athena became a trusted companion, above even her brother. She would give her life for the she-wolf if needed. She was even okay with Athena showing dominance and authority over herself. Flickering her ears, she rose from her dirt packed den. The sun had lowered and night was beginning to spread. They had done a hunt earlier that day. Leaving everyone to rest from the hunt and let their food digest. Her eyes flashed as she looked for her family. Finding Athena she trotted to her friend, running her body against her’s in greeting. “What is the agenda for the night?” Red asked in a gravelly voice, hinting that she had just awoken from her nap. ##||@athena @ridley @riel @echo @valentino @khloie @lash @wynston @blake ||So I’m going to be taking on a more personal tone with Red. Riel's recent travels had been incredibly therapeutic. By spending some days away from the shrinking group he had been able to tolerate them on the days he decided to stick around. Time had also been a very effective in terms of his acclimation. He still, of course, kept to himself and didn't initiate much conversation, but he no longer felt trapped when around them. It had also occurred to him only a couple days ago that he was no longer here just for Red, no matter that she was still a large part of it. Riel found that he could actually enjoy the safety of a group and when Celeste and Cheveyo had left it hadn't brought him any joy (not that it had brought him any sadness, either, but it was still progress).
This morning, Riel had returned from one of his usual disappearances with a mass of plants stuffed in his jaws. One of the best things of his little explorations had been that Riel was now pretty comfortable with the territory and he was beginning to grow quite used to it. He could navigate his way quite well and knew the best spots to find the herbs he needed. The fact that his group was currently living in a desert was something that Riel would have normally hated, but he'd actually quickly learned to like it. There were plants here that he hadn't had much experience with, and the valley was always pleasantly quiet. Ridley, Red's brother, had been the only disturbance so far, but Riel had been so in-and-out that it hadn't changed anything for him.
The medic deposited his findings in their usual spot nearby his favorite rock, covering them with dirt to make sure that they were not blown away. He looked around, eyes glancing pleasantly around at the remaining wolves. He could see Red standing next to Athena, and, if he caught her eye, he'd smile at her. Riel often wondered what Red thought of his expeditions, if she minded his absence or not. He'd always made an effort to smile and act friendly when he came back, but she was very hard to read in Riel's opinion, all wolves were. He also wondered what the other leader figure, Athena, thought of him. As he rarely spoke with her, all he could do was guess.
While Red and Athena socialized, Riel sat himself down to groom himself, and to shoot his plants quick glances to make sure they were still there.

| As soon as wolves joined, wolves seemed to leave. Athena frowned, brows furrowing in frustration as her brown orbs traced after Blake and Wynstons dwindling figures. She sure liked the pup, yet now she hadn't even the chance to teach him english. Silently she could only wish him luck on his journey, wherever that may be, that Wynston made it safely. Hues would then drift toward Red's flustered figure. Athena sighed to herself, closing her eyes as she shook her head in disbelief. Well, she would think, less mouths to feed, right?
Red barked out new orders, cancelling their hunt and instead ordering everyone to fend for themselves today. They were all rogues, and hunting by themselves were just natural born skills. Yet, Athena couldn't help but notice the fact that their group never felt like a group anymore. The last time it felt like more of a family was with Gideon around. Red and Gideon could have served as great leaders provided that they learned to share leadership. Now, well it was Athena and Red and Cheveyo. Everyone else was either new or practically strays within the group.
She couldn't will herself to feel too bad though. They did still gain Echo, but he was the only one who hadn't left as soon as he arrived. The small lupine shook her head to clear her thoughts, embracing Red's sudden nuzzle into her neck. "How do we keep this together?" she would mumble. As she withdrew, Athena could only offer her friend a small understanding smile, watching as she trotted off. Now alone, she too would go her separate way for a bit, lost in her mind as she searched for any living prey in the heat of the desert.
~Time Skip~
Depressed wasn't really a descriptor word for Athena. She simply grew more frustrated, a month passing in their tiny pod of wolves. Lash, Cheveyo, Celeste, Wynston, Blake. The only two original members that still remained were Red and Athena. She was truly beginning to believe that rogues simply weren't meant to form pack like bonds. She couldn't be completely sour about everything that had happened, though. Athena still longed for Gideon from time to time, but she hadn't the time to form close bonds with any of the other wolves that left. The only new comer the 3 wolf group had come across in the past month was a male named Ridley, in fact Red's brother. Athena was wary of him at first, but he didn't take Red away from her completely. She was happy for the she-wolf, as she finally had something more to smile about rather than only her. When the siblings were together, the female looked for ways to enjoy time by her lonesome, going off to find food or something warm for the nights ahead.
Though it didn't feel like it, autumn had indeed taken over the desert they occupied, forcing the nights to be incredibly chilly. From time to time Athena seeked warmth from her close companion, although with Ridley around snuggling at night became a bit awkward. The she-wolf managed by herself just as well. Riel was gone most of the time, so there was normally one less mouth to feed. Echo was quite helpful, but in the month he had stayed with the group, they had learned that he suffered from uncontrollable seizures from time to time. In times such as those, Athena could only hope that Riel was around to do something. They all worked to get Echo's mind working again, but she had to admit that it was growing to become a worrisome problem.
Exhausted hues flickered open at the sound of paw steps approaching. Currently the she-wolf was settled upon the cool dirt, seeking warmth from the setting sun as it drowned under the horizon. Another freezing night. Yet, their bellies were all full from successful hunts, so at least they wouldn't starve. "What is the agenda for the night?" came Red's familiar warm voice. Athena smiled toward the shadowy wolf, her nose kissing her shoulder in greeting. "Since you seem a bit tired, I can go and remark our territory borders before I settle myself. Maybe we'll get lucky and discover a load of wolves that seek a scraggly old group like us," she would joke, chuckling softly to herself. Their territory wasn't much to be proud of, but they did claim it, and thus they needed to make that known towards strangers.

Scenery " It's Always Easier To Go Up Rather Then Down..."
Scenery trotted, albeit with a lopsided half trot, through the open and rather dry territory. Her dark pelt was ruffled constantly by an unstopped breeze the blew swirls of dust about in a most irritating manner. She looked to her left and right and both ways seemed like empty, dry, hot and certainly dusty places with few rocks and even fewer shrubs. The few plants that did grow here were dry and barren, their supposedly green leaves more like a brownish olive color that left much to be desired. The tripod was more then disappointed with her surroundings as she came to a dejected halt. There was nothing to eat, nothing to drink and nothing to do. Not like she would be able to hunt if presented with the option anyways. Scen gritted her teeth to maintain her anger at the thought of the useless, dead stump at the rear end of her body. The only reason she was ever teased or bullied throughout her life along with the fact that she relied on dead mice for any source of nourishment. Underneath her unrevealingly thick coat, her ribs were visible and her hips were hung with limp skin.
Lifting her nose to take her mind off of her thoughts, Scen thought she caught the scent of an old territory marker. It was old and didn't seem to be in much use anymore but perhaps she might find someone out her in this wasteland. She was anything but the social type but she had to get something more filling then rodents and bunking with a friendly face for a night or two didn't sound all that bad.
The tripod lopped past the territory line and walked further. Further and further until... There! That was a wolf figure on the near horizon along with what seemed like two or maybe three more though she couldn't really tell, barely hidden by ground covering scrub plants. They didn't smell like they had food but perhaps they would be nice enough to help her? Scenery stopped not far off from a pretty fawn colored she-wolf who seemed to hold a more dominant position within the group. "Um... hello?" She lowered her head slightly, eyes fixated on the wolf's lower head and stump pressed into her body to hide it. Her tail curled in a friendly way but her ears remained pricked to listen to any response. "M-my names Scenery and I was wondering if I might stay with your group for a while." All she could hope for was anything but aggression. If she was attacked, she'd be knocked down and beaten in an instant which would be much too humiliating.

| Athena was left in silence upon finishing her inquiry, her small ears listening intently for no such answer. After a rather awkward amount of time, the tiny she-wolf would turn her gaze to Red once again, only to find her staring into the gentle horizon. Either she was deep in thought or really tired, both cases leading to the fact that she hadn't been heard. Nevertheless, Athena smiled towards her friend, coming to her paws and preparing to leave her dear friend in a peacefully quiet environment that would lull her to sleep. Still left with no answer, the lupine would push her talk softly against Red's flank as she took her leave.
Within seconds, the female met eyes with a sudden figure that had appeared through the darkness to their camp. Naturally, Athena raised her tail with suspicion, amber hues narrowing on the female to gauge any form of aggression. None. She lowered her tail a bit, but still held her dominant position towards the stranger, showing at the least that this was her territory. "Um... hello?" she spoke. Athena only blinked her eyes calmly, as if a gesture to continue. The lupine was around the same height as herself, and not hardly fat. It was too dark to tell for sure, but her corpse seemed so skinny Athena had to assume she was starving. In her mind, she could only think that accepting this wolf around meant she would have to hunt again soon and more often until she was back to a normal health.
"M-my names Scenery and I was wondering if I might stay with your group for a while." she would say. Athena was thoughtful, considering the pro's and cons of accepting another wolf into their small gang. Granted, they were pretty desperate for newcomers, the she-wolf also quite liked the serenity with only a few mouths to feed. Riel hadn't returned yet, though, so it wasn't like an extra wolf was more than they could handle. After all, it was only her Red and Red's brother. "Hello Scenery." she began, offering a small smile. "We would be more than happy to take you in as long as you have hardwork and dedication to offer, " she continued, nodding to herself. She would pause to give the she-wolf a chance to speak again if she chose to do so. "I'm Athena, and there is Red." she stated, flicking her tail towards her friend. "I was just going out to remark if you would like to join me and tell me about yourself. Otherwise feel free to settle down somewhere for the night. I'm sure you're probably hungry, so we can hunt in the morning." | OOC: Kinda crappy post but eh |

Scenery "It's Always Easier To Go Up Rather Then Down..."
Scenery relaxed slightly when she found the wolf to be not threatening but instead merely rather dominant. She shifted uncomfortably under her slightly pressuring gaze as well as her own anxiety bothering her mind. "Hello Scenery." Her voice was kind enough, calm, which made her relax a bit more, the anxiety fading away bit by bit as it hid itself back into the back of her mind. "We would be more than happy to take you in as long as you have hardwork and dedication to offer," The tripod nodded in conformation that she would be happy to dedicate herself to the group though her original idea had been to stay with the group until better, this would work too. She'd make it work. "I'm Athena, and there is Red." Scen glanced half-heartedly at the she-wolf, partially hidden by the dry underbrush that grew in the desert. "I was just going out to remark if you would like to join me and tell me about yourself. Otherwise feel free to settle down somewhere for the night. I'm sure you're probably hungry, so we can hunt in the morning."
Without much of a second thought, Scenery smiled shyly and responded. "I think I might stay here for now. Thank you for the invitation though. And thank you for accepting me." The tripod bowed her head and flashed the fawn female, Athena, another grateful smile before sweeping her bushy tail around her stump to start her uneven walk toward where the other Lupines had gathered. She glanced back, hoping that Athena wouldn't be upset or offended by her decision to stay at their... um... camp? Finding her way to a small, dusty spot, she picked around and found a few sticks as well as pulling up some weeds before she curled around. Laying down, the tripod curved her neck around to lick at her stump. Her fur was mingled with dust which only made her want to clean up all her legs and paws. Scenery glanced up before laying back to wait for anything from the wolves around her.

His plan was about to go into motion. The sun quickly drifted towards the horizon, hovered there for a little, and then sank beneath the darkness. Echo didn't want to leave such a nice group. Really, he didn't. They were all quite kind, however he found that his vision of finding someone to essentially take care of him was a little cruel to bestow on some strangers. They helped to keep him fed, and numerous times he had exposed his secret for them to find, which they obviously did. Their questions were embarrassing, and frankly Echo couldn't detect any friendship-like bonds with any of them. During the day the male contemplated on how he would take his leave and if he would even tell them. No, he would feel guilty if he told them he was leaving. Timing was perfect. A stranger appeared at their camp, capturing Athena's attention, while Red on the other hand seemed exhausted and lost in thought. With one last sad wag of his tail, the male was off, slinking away carefully into the night, never to return. Little did he know that this night would be his last in the world he lived in, such a precious soul suffering for too long. Sweet Dreams.

Life had changed for Ridley; and yet the change brought on excitement within him that he didn’t believe still existed. He had found his sister. His tomboy, tough nut, ink dipped nosed sister; a one of a kind. He had been so glad to have finally found her; a smile, wide and toothy could not help but greet her when she found him in the brush, laugh lines still present on his worn face that had experienced much on his journey to her. He had been through quite a lot of shit... but hell, he was just happy to see her. You could say that staying up late at night underneath the night stars became a custom, for it took about a week for the both of them to catch up on each other’s lives. Ridley would meet Red’s companion, a pretty brown eyed she-wolf. He greeted her with politeness of course, for if Red had trusted her, than she was indeed one to be trusted. Over the period in which he stayed Ridley did what he could to help out, whether it was scenting the borders or going out to hunt for food. He did what he could. But he did often feel like a third wheel, which didn’t seem too much of a mishap for the male for he understood that Athena and Red were close. But he did try to form a good friendship with Athena, but of course after what had happened previously which was too painful to recall and to troublesome to speak about even to Red at the time, Ridley didn’t seem as eager as he would’ve of once been. The male had been resting beneath the afternoon sun, but only now had lights had begun to go out as the dark overwhelmed the sky above. The mass of red and black lay sprawled on his side, eyes flickering open as he noticed the warmth beginning to fade as the breeze quickened. He sighed, he had not at all liked they’re position, he preferred the comfort of the large fern trees that stood tall together or even the open grassy plains that ran for miles. But not the desert of such unforgiving nature, the dust that spat and swirled hurt his eyes, and hard ground was nothing but a pain. Ridley wanted nothing more than to return to the forestry, but he would await for the decision to be made by his sister. He would expect soon enough she would make a move. But with this twirl of thought he chose to make his own move, gently his body rising to stand. A long good stretch given by the bend of his back and a swish of his tail before trotting off and forward into the bountiful darkness. He had smelled the scent, new and fresh, he trotted towards Athena as the new face walked off in the other direction. “Heyo.” He greeted with a generous smile. Stopping within friendly distance, his eyes glancing to the new she-wolf momentarily before returning his gaze to her. “I see we’ve finally got someone to join our ranks.” His tail laid low, swaying gently from left to right. It had been clearly apparent upon his arrival that Athena held a higher rank then he would, though it did bother the male for a bit he dealt with it nevertheless. This was his sister’s closet friend after all. @athena General Red @scenery OOC: Woot! Finally got a post up for him.

R E D Rogue
Red had been occupied in her own thoughts to the point that she hadn't even noticed that a new wolf had approached. Athena had spoken to her about scenting the borders, and that's all Red had heard before completely zoning out. Looking towards the newcomer, she caught the name 'Scenery' after a little while of relaying everything back in her head. Looking upon the wolf, she noticed that the she-wolf was three-legged, and Red wondered why. A three-legged wolf wouldn't prove to be too useful to the group, but Athena apparently thought she would be, so Red simply went right along with that. Giving an even look towards the other wolf, Red's amber eyes shifted slightly to the left as she looked upon the newcomer. "What brought you to a group like mine?" Red asked, looking towards the wolf. "And tell me about yourself," Her eyes flickered over the other briefly. Her assessment of her physique had already been made, but what was it that made this she-wolf think that she was going to be helpful to their miserably small group.
Maybe with the start of the colder seasons, wolves would venture this way. The sandy desert would be a great place for them to build their home, especially considering sand absorbed the heat of the sun quickly, and kept hold of it for elongated times. But, the only downfall was that there was almost no vegetation and that meant that they had little to no prey coming through the territory unless traveling to warmer areas. Her little group, since there weren't that many mouthes to feed now, would definitely thrive instead of diminish in the hot territory. Giving a small look towards where Ridley was, she wondered what her brother thought of the new wolf, especially considering they were siblings, she wanted his opinion upon the fact that the she-wolf only had three legs. Three legs would not provide a wolf with the best ability to hunt, but maybe this one knew something about herbal remedies. Riel had left after a short time of being here, and hadn't returned like he would. She knew that in the end she would lose many, and gain little from creating her small group, but hopefully she would be able to bring this small group to what it used to be.

Scenery "It's Always Easier To Go Up Rather Then Down..."
As her tongue rasped across the fur of her stump, Scen's ears perked to the sound of rustling. She stopped her cleaning to lift her jade gaze to spot a ruby hinted figure moving toward Athena. He was larger than herself and this made her edge back a ways just incase though he seemed to know Athena and she seemed comfortable with him. Scenery kept her ears pricked upward as she heard his rich vocal tones. “Heyo.” The tripod felt his eyes glance toward her and land on her own. “I see we’ve finally got someone to join our ranks.” Scen pulled her eyes back to her stump and continued to lick, slicking back the coarse fur that coated her scars. She only hoped that this action wouldn't seem rude.
Again her ears perked to rustling only this time it was much closer. Her movements halted as she froze mid-rasp, her gaze glazing over to a female who held herself in a tall, confident way. "What brought you to a group like mine?" Scen thought she could hear the judgement strung in the she-wolf's voice and broke her eyes away to stare absently at her protruding scars. "And tell me about yourself," A sigh was pulled from the mahogany female as she glanced back at the other. "I-I'm Scenery." Her voice was gritted with nervous tension as she continued to stare at her old wounds. "I came here because I've been alone for a while." The tripod shrugged, uncertain of her answer. She knew she didn't come because of loneliness, that would be the last thing she would need. But she couldn't tell this wolf that the only reason she had joined was because she was selfish and needed food.
"If you're wondering, I'm not the most useless wolf just one of them." An airy laugh, humorless though she tried, escaped her lips though it quickly droned away to a serious silence. "I know basic herbs, if it helps, and I guess I'm pretty good at planning things or organizing stuff. If you need anything cleaned up I can do it. I can't hunt or fight well at all, though I can catch mice." Scenery's eyes glanced toward the female in silence, done speaking now that she had nothing that wasn't obvious left to share. Maybe the female would reconsider running her out now.
