RULES RECAP:
If you roll a 6 (single), you will earn 5 apples.
If you roll two 6's (double), you will earn 10 apples.
DICE IS RIGHT: If you roll three 6's, you will earn 100 apples and 10 tickets!

If you roll three-of-a-kind of any other number (triple), you will earn 30 apples and 1 ticket.
If you roll a straight in numerical order (straight^N), you will earn 20 apples, +5 if you roll a 6 (straight^N1)
If you roll a straight in non-numerical order (straight), you will earn 15 apples, +5 if you roll a 6 (straight¹)
