 CHARACTER OF THE MONTH  Salutary Hoshi was adopted by Spirit back in June of 2018. This character was put back up for adoption multiple times, however, Spirit eventually took her on and made this character her own! She writes beautifully for Hoshi and we love reading all of her posts! FEATURED ADOPTABLE  Keala is Ventus & Mochi's most recent addition to the Lubrusca family. Currently 6-months-old, Keala is a strong-willed, fun-loving, and compassionate young beaut looking for an adopter to help foster her many skills––such as fighting, tracking, and taking care of the less advantaged––in the Lubrusca pack! SPINNING THREAD  As rogues gather at the Ferus borders, Spiras and Diablo get into a heated argument, resulting in Jay unleashing his infamous word storm! With all the unique personalities and varying events happening at the borders, Ferus is finally getting its name back as the last to be reckoned with. BEST RP MOMENTS MOST INTENSE Beelzebub and Eureka's 2-month-old bastard Uriel proved to be a stellar horror. She had a threatening stare perfected––"The intelligence behind her eyes served him the proof he needed to wilt under her influence." Her ability to terrorize our imagination was quite delightful as she explored hair-raising concepts of God and divine power at such a young age. We can only imagine what dismay she'll cause the future of Somnus. CUTEST Knox and Kebechet met at the coastline about one full year ago, our time, and slowly began developing feelings. The two lovebirds someday made it back to the coastline where they met, and decided that they didn't want to leave each other, and wanted to start a life of their own together. Like any perfect movie and unlike any means of deleting a character on TPR, ever, the two literally ran off into the sunset together, leaving it to TPR's imagination what new adventures they might find... "And they lived happily ever after."FUNNIEST Grace is an uncustomary thing for pre-pubescent pups, so why be ashamed of it? We loved watching Cecilia, who was just a timid pup not too long ago, start her day by scratching her butt with the lip of her den for all to see, before going right up to Parker to greet him unabashedly. "Although she carried an etiquette and grace to her movements, she had habits that were quite... disgraceful. Such as the open display of pleasing a butt itch." Yet, of all things, it was Parker and Macha's PDA that made her back away awkwardly with a nervous laugh. Oh, pre-teens.Want to contribute? Click here |

 PACK NEWS SOMNUS - closed ▻ Eureka rises from the dead and announces a hunt before meeting some rogues at the borders with Draco. ▻ A laboring stranger comes crashing into the common grounds with Eureka and Merida! But she is evidently not a stranger to all... ▻ Ocean takes Red on a lackluster hunting trip that turns into the slaughter of a wounded cougar; which one will be last to the commons and have to keep an eye on Percy? ▻ Uriel establishes her power as she and her brothers, along with all of the cousins, venture into the commons for the first time. ▻ Azaelia's tumor becomes evident as she loses memory of her children. SORELUS - open ▻ Quinn and Sirius are born! The alpha couple isn't finished yet, as another late litter is on its way. ▻ Love is in the air. Cecil and Grizelda are all snuggled up, Moose and Valencia are sharing a den now, and Edon and Kodiak aren't shy about PDA! ▻ Speaking of, how could Rowan send Sentinel Joy off on a mission with Simon! Doesn't he know she's terrified of her feelings for the bad-boy scout? ▻ The pack plans to flush the caves of mountain lions, but General Junichiro isn't too happy with the decision. This should be interesting. FERUS - open ▻ Ferus is finally opening its borders again and a total of 8 rogues have shown up! However, Jay isn't impressed, and brutally beats Spiras and Diablo. Ouch! ▻ The alpha takes a sort of liking to Shale, prompting his featured quote: “Give yourself a little credit. You’re young and still have to find your place in the world.” ▻ Semira is taking one of her more soft spoken daughters, Tikaani, to the hunting grounds to lead a hunt for the first time, and she is proving to be a natural! ▻ From a far away land where Kai vanished, her pups journey to the Ferus borders to find their long-lost father, Flint. ▻ The first steps of Ignasia's plan are set into motion as they infiltrate Ferus, plotting to make hostage of Solex, but they now have Dawn, too. Will their evil plan come to fruition? LUBRUSCA - closed ▻ Keala, daughter of Ventus and Mochi, has been born and is ready to face the day. (adopt her here!) ▻ Lysic plans to take the hunters out for the morning, while his feelings for the young huntress, Basil, begin surfacing as he becomes too shy to invite her along. ▻ Dante and Sitka disappear to the Forest River together for some heart to heart talking. Maybe love can be kindled at this river once again? ▻ Maddox, the ever energetic apprentice, is filled with boundless energy to learn everything Snow Rose can teach him. He's been doing his homework! NOCTIS - open ▻ Newly promoted Wren is feeling nauseous... does this mean what we hope it does?! ▻ Tamlin finally isn’t very sad... but that’s about to change again. ▻ Ater and Zachariah sneak off to do some fishing. This seems like a good opportunity for them to share their feelings for each other! ▻ A grizzly bear is making its way across the eastern borders. Oh my... ▻ Miyako and her pups arrive at Feyre's Meadow. She is greeted pup Makoto, but has mistaken him for her lost pup, sending herself into a terrifying mental breakdown. MORTASIA - closed ▻ After trying to attack Leyak, Sakia was promptly and gruesomely killed by Vivaldi in the middle of the commons. ▻ Beelzebub, Endymion, Abbadon, and Eulalia go to train in the Hunting Grounds, while Leyak and Bishop are doing their own training in the commons. ▻ Adramalech has taken Feyre and Kalia to the Mountainside Stream to try to establish their trust, while Crimson and Yvaine head to the caves for a "date." ▻ Iliana, Ignasia's Salutary, has paid a visit to the two pregnant she-wolves in Mortiul. ▻ Maleah, now heavily pregnant, and Cayden venture to Mortiul with Iliana and Maleah finally stands her ground against Beelzebub. ▻ Koga, all of his children, and Ky have headed off to Ferus with the plan to return with the Salutary. But will that be all? ROGUES ▻ In the Rendezvous, Breezy and Katsumi sustain wounds from a bear attack, which Katsumi is diligent in treating. Breezy battles a forming crush on the hybrid. ▻ A failed hunt leaves Shikoba with a head injury in the Muddy Pines. She and Huxley are a little salty when Kylo is engrossed by wolves of his past, including a damsel. ▻ In the Brush Lands, Raja and Yona make friends with the older Cersiren, who joins in their hunting activities, despite Raja’s pup-like antics. ▻ Knox and Kebechet, after splitting from Astro and Astoria’s romance in The Valley, decide to continue onward into the unknown to live their happily ever after. ▻ After saying goodbye to Knox and Kebechet, Astro and Astoria decide to settle down together, embracing the blossoming love they share. ADOPTIONS HARUKA - closes August 30th Haruka is Luke and Seven's son, brother of Makoto. He has only a written appearance, but no personality. His creators have decided to let the adopter decide what his personality should be. This means whoever applied for him will have a great deal of freedom and a degree of character creation! Information: 5 months // male / Alaskan x Grey wolf // Noctis pup KEALA - closes August 30th Wren has decided to give Keala up for adoption. She is Alphess Ventus' and Alpha Mochi's only daughter, so she is a crucial character to the Lubruscan storyline! She is independent, extremely well-rounded in her many skills, and her alpha blood shows in her bravery and ability to stand up for the weak. Information: 6 months // female // Arctic x Timber wolf // Lubrusca pup TWO CALEAH PUPS - closing date N/A Pup Oswyn is a bubbly, low-filter silly goose who loves to talk until ears fall off. Despite his rapid-firing tongue, he is organized and has an interest in salutary studies. His brother, Arlowe, is a level-headed achiever who always strives to be the best. He is confident, confrontational, and unafraid of pursuing for what he wants. Information: 2 months // males // Iberian x Yukon wolves // Ignasia pups WIGGLES - closes August 10th One of Somnus' most spirited individuals, Wiggles is an absolute joy and is loved by everyone. His two disorders, OCD and CH, add to the silliness and fun of his character. He is a loyal companion to everyone he meets and will never fail to brighten everyone's day! He is looking for a roleplayer who can bring out his quirkiness and compassion. Information: 3 years // male // Arctic wolf // Somnus Guardian // scent: marshmallows! PLOT NEWS THE MORTASIA WAR TPR's second inter-pack war is now in motion, but despite the legacy of the Ferus-Lubruscan draught war, nobody can be prepared for the devastation awaiting the Mortasia slaughter. With a ruthless alpha seeking to conquer all of the territories across TPR, Mortiul may just be unstoppable. With the help of Ignasia, who seeks to spread the word of Adjenti and use their dominion to instill his influence across the map, Mortiul has begun preparations. Females are taken for breeding strong superiors, and the rest are slaughtered. Ignasia has already infiltrated Ferus to take hostage their salutary, Solex, but have now made plans to take one of their females as well. This is only the first of many steps that Mortasia will take in their quest to rule. Huzzah! Homesite Update The homesite has been updated for spring. Enjoy the new look, and comment if you have any suggestions, questions, or comments. Message me for any season-permitted aging requests. These are not yet complete. New Pack Pages Along with a homesite update, pack pages are being totally remodeled! Enjoy the previews currently published on the homesite. All pages are projected to be finished by the end of next month at the latest, and age-up requests will be processed as the pages are updated. I am announcing this now so you can start thinking about what you want to submit! MONTHLY RULE REMINDER Discord Channels Remember to post in the appropriate channels in Discord! If you get caught up in a conversation irrelevant to the channel, no worries! Just remember to switch over to main-chatter once you realize! We don't want to bury any important information. Exit Posts For those of you who are new to TPR and not yet used to our roleplay rules, remember to post an exit post before you leave to a new thread. For example, if you are moving from the Muddy Pines to the Brush Lands, type "--exit to Brush Lands--" at the end of your Muddy Pines post. This way, other characters will know not to address you there from that point on. Forgetting to do so can make it look like you are roleplaying in liquid time (roleplaying in two locations as the same time as if time is fluid), which is against our rules. MONTHLY FAQ When can I age up my character, and how much? With a season change about, many members are curious about our aging-up rules. When we have season changes, we allow characters to age up a maximum of one year. However, characters can also age up if their pack or rogue group has initiated a time skip, usually about 6 months or more. I do not edit character ages unevenly on the homesite. I will only mark ages at the X.0 and X.5 marks. For example, I will not accept timeskip requests to add an extra .2 to their age on the homesite. Additionally, I will not age characters less than half a year. As a result, all ages on the homesite will either be X.0 or X.5. You can find more detailed information about aging and timeskips here. Also, in regards to our transition into spring, if you do not see your updated age on the homesite yet, I have not forgotten! And I am putting it in Writing because it is a timeless masterpiece. Behold, Shale's "TPR on a Bus," a list of things she heard on a bus, but instead, as TPR characters she has roleplayed with. Adramalech: Unless I have that bag of jelly beans in my hands in the next 7.2 seconds, there’s gonna be a murder. Endymion: *looks through the camp rulebook to see if there’s actually a rule banning PDA, and spends the next hour loudly protesting it.* Vivaldi, in a very calm voice that probably means she’s trying not to explode: When I find out who just shot a rubber band at the back of my head, that person will be riding the rest of the way to Oklahoma STRAPPED TO THE ROOF OF THE BUS. (Direct quote from my twin sister). Knox and Kebechet: *have been having a very animated conversation for the past thirty minutes. Nobody knows what they’re talking about and nobody asks.* Yvaine: *is the reason why Endymion is protesting the PDA rule.* Beelzebub: *doesn’t say much. Instead opts to be that person who watches videos on his phone and laughs out loud at odd moments, driving everyone else up the wall.* Feyre: *counting the minutes until they get to camp so she can have some peace and quiet for once.* Koga and Marusya: *have had their heads together for almost an hour, plotting something that’s probably a murder* Quentin: *repeatedly asks “are we there yet?” until everyone is thoroughly annoyed.* (My other sister). Kalia: *was not informed that she’d have to get up at 3 in the morning and is therefore wrapped in a blanket burrito, drinking an unhealthily large espresso and glaring at the rest of the world.* (Exactly what I myself am doing right now). Achak: *has had his earbuds in since the trip started, oblivious to the world and looking effortlessly chill with everything.* Kylo and Hux: *started a war over whose suitcase goes where before the bus even left the parking lot and show no intention of stopping.* Shale: *sits in the back of the bus, smiling awkwardly and mentally calculating how far away each of the exits are in case there actually IS a murder.* Iliana: *sits in the front behind the leaders, passing snacks and backpacks and water bottles back to everybody and generally being adorable.* Want to contribute?
