So for my entry, I figured y’all had heard enough about my trilogy and all of that. Plus I’d already posted the first book on the Discord writing corner and I wanted to do something new. So I took the characters of TPR, changed them into humans and wrote a story about it. It has- well, absolutely nothing to do with the contest theme and takes place in my precious little Shale’s point of view. (It also ran rather long, just over 5k words, so I’m posting it as a file in order to avoid a humongously massive post). All of the TPR characters are now the students, teachers and staff members of a high school, about to embark on the trip of a lifetime... Okay, forget the explanation. Shale OH MY GOD YOU ABSOLUTE LEGEND! I could read that ten times and not get bored. Story Wren is literally me and I'm only slightly scared at how accurate it is xD Literally just yelled at my friends to hydrate too

Awwww, I’m so glad you like it Wren! The human versions of Ocean, Adra and Wren were probably my favorites to write. And Jay, can’t forget about him.

I fucking love this whole thing. It is so vivid and takes me to such a wonderful place when I read it. Some of my favorite characters brought to life in such an imaginative, accurate, and special way. Been on TPR for many years, 6 to be exact, so this has really made my whole life I swear.
This is, in complete honesty, one of the best things I have ever read and I cannot stop reading it. Thank you for this you are BRILLIANT. Kudos and God bless.
