The soft rhythm of her own breath was soothing — the way the fog of heat fell from her jaws with every exhale was relaxing — and the sight of the open blue sky caressed with the touch of the trees was alluring. Haruna never saw herself as a wolf who dawdled in the intermediate, who stopped to look at the scenery before looking at their situation, but...it was peaceful. There was no situation to bring her concern, there were no sacrilegious concerns that brandished her thoughts. The peace here was nonpareil.
She lay on her stomach, two paws folded over one another and crossed neatly as she bathed in the sun that whipped against her thick fur through the dwindling branches of the trees. Then, Tikal spoke. Politely and with as much interest as she could burden herself to have, she listened. Her ears angled towards the other female, and her cloudless gaze swept there too. Was that even something they had to consider? This forest was a haven - for as far as she could tell.
"Do you even have to ask, Tikal?" The guise murmured with another cloud of breath. It was perhaps she had gently 'rendered the thought of moving further, the direness of movement made her sore limbs tense.
"This place is wonderful, and I don't see myself moving from this spot for generations. I'm a hermit, now, bound by my comfortable seat."
Her paws shifted the earth, marking the spot where she lay in the foliage.
"I will stay here forever."
By the tone of her voice, which spoke slowly with a lively mettle, it was easy to tell she was not being serious. "But...I must move, of course. It worries me, the concept of other wolves being here, perhaps we are invading someone's home already?"

Stanley "The Little Things In Life Can Create So Much Happiness."
Fatigue plagued Stanley's body, pulling him to a stop with a heavy sigh. Even with the weight of exhaustion on his shoulders, the teddy bear couldn't help but admire the beautiful territory he had had the fortune of stumbling upon. Holding a moment to gaze around him, his eyes fell on the streams of thin morning light that spilled past the trees around him to cast the colorful shrubbery in dreary shades of gold. A kindly smile spread on his white-washed maw, rose and gold eyes swerving upward to observe the shivering branches that rattled in song above. Face alight with newfound joy, Stanley pressed forward, paws now dancing on the sun scorched dirt as if his fatigue had been entirely forgotten.
Soft voices called the teddy bear to a halt, patchwork head swiveling to listen to the gentle introduction. The voice was feminine as were the names it spoke. Since there were two wolves mentioned and they must be speaking to one-another, Stan assumed that there were three or more gathered into one area. He hesitated to follow their scents, hesitated to meet another wolf. The idea of a friend, or multiple friends, was appealing since he had traveled alone for a good amount of time. But, nerves kept him from stepping any closer, binding him to hover in the safety of some brambles as he thought up some things to say. Of course he would introduce himself, say hello, etc. Could he ask their names... or would that come across as too nosy and straight forward? God, he didn't have a clue about how to interact well with others.
Stanley sucked in air to fill his tight lungs as he began to shuffle forward, ears falling back on his silky nape and his tail allowing a slow wag. He hardly realized that his paws were moving in the first few steps, but it was too late to run off once his gangly limbs had planted him a few yards from the trio. "Um, uh..." The teddy bear licked his lips absentmindedly, heart seeming to excel in speed within his chest. It felt like it was beating against the walls of his ribcage in a hammer-like way, which only made pushed Stan's unease. They all seemed like older, more respectable wolves which made them kind of terrifying to talk too. Just introduce yourself and stop stuttering. It'll be fine. "Hi," His voice had nearly fallen to a whisper and, convinced that he had mouthed the words, began again. "Hello. I'm sorry to intrude..." Stretching his lips into a kind smile, he swayed his feathered banner further in hopes of creating a good first impression. "I-I'm Stanley. I-it-it's nice to meet you."

Silence hung in the air for a few seconds while Marusya seemed to be in awe of the she-wolf just as she had been. Maleah could easily understand why neither of the pair moved. The purest white she-wolf that they had stumbled upon was so beautiful. The fact that not even a speck of dirt clung to her pelt made her all the more stunning. This had to be what Adjetni had told Marusya about previously. This was the whitest of white things that Maleah had even seen. The comfortable posture that she had developed around Marusya threatened to waver; she wanted to curl up and submit to the she-wolf. She was a vision, a premonition, a sign from God. Surely, that was something worth submitting to. Unlike Marusya, she wasn't in touch with Adjetni, she wasn't all that familiar with her new God. She didn't feel that she had the right to stand up straight in the presence of his vision. But she was loyal to Marusya as well. Unless she got some sort of signal to submit, she would begrudgingly remain in her semi-comfortable, semi-submissive state.
"Good day. I'm Marusya and this is Maleah," her Alphess and mentor stepped towards the angel. The brindled she-wolf's neon green eyes lifted and lowered quickly, giving the she-wolf only a minimal amount of eye contact as a greeting. A small head dip followed, but that was all. Marusya was greeting the she-wolf, Maleah was not in any place to speak. "I have to say, my dear, you look beautiful, I have never seen a wolf as pure as you. If I'm allowed to presume, you look bored, and alone. Perhaps we can be of assistance to both?" the pregnant she-wolf spoke up again. Maleah subconsciously nodded along with the first part of Marusya's speech. She was, as always, correct. Maleah was hoping that everything went to Marusya's plan. She didn't quite know what it was, but she wanted it to go well. A pregnant she-wolf had easily sway-able moods, and being close to her in an angry state was not something that Maleah wanted to experience.
With her focus on the prophecy before her, she didn't notice the sound of pawsteps until it was too late. Her attention was torn away by the final sounds of pawsteps, causing her to lash around with intense speed. The absence of Koga was painfully clear as the stranger approached. Maleah's brain went into it's primitive state, causing her approved of posture to crumble pathetically. Her tail shot back under her frame, her ears stuck themselves back on her skull, and the height of her frame dropped dramatically. It was a male, the scent hitting her nose quickly due to his close proximity. Her neon eyes shakily glanced upwards, watching as the wolf licked his lips. Probably getting ready to attack, to dig his teeth into her frame and rip her to shreds. The tremble that she hadn't felt for a few days returned, her tiny frame jiggling slightly under her fearful guise. She sucked in breath after breath, hoping to try to calm herself down and stand up so that Marusya wouldn't have to tel her to. She wanted to, she knew that she could, but the absence of protection, the absence of a certain someone that promised her that she would be safe as long as he was near stopped her from getting up when she wanted to.
As her panicked gaze continued to look at the male, she slowly came to a realization. Her ears were pulled back, but so were his. His tail wagged slightly behind him. He wasn't all that big or monstrous, but he was still bigger than her, which made him scary. His scent wasn't all that scary either. He actually smelled pretty sweet, almost comforting. Taking these observations into account, Maleah sucked in a few deep breaths as to calm herself. The male didn't seem to want to attack, and though the fact that it could be a facade still lingered in her mind, she forced herself to return to her recently adopted posture. She rose again, still not stretching up to her full height. Her ears lifted off the back of her head, and her tail untucked itself from under her. The timid she-wolf saw his lips move slightly, but she didn't hear any sound. Could he be mute? That notion was thrown away when she gathered his thoughts and retried, saying, "Hello. I'm sorry to intrude... I-I'm Stanley. I-it-it's nice to meet you."
He seemed shy, like a much more confident version of herself. It was nice to see another wolf that wasn't so confident. She could tell that the pure one behind her was confident, just by the way she carried herself as she walked alone. This male, Stanley, seemed sweeter, nicer than the she-wolves behind her. The pale she-wolf hadn't even spoken yet, but perhaps it was because of her icy pelt that Maleah perceived her as cold. She couldn't pass concrete judgement, but Stanley seemed to be like someone Maleah wanted to befriend. That is, if Marusya would allow Stanley to join them, and even so, if she allowed her to become his friend. She didn't know what agenda the pregnant she-wolf had prepared for her, and she didn't really have a choice. She had chosen to follow Koga and Marusya to escape the clutches of Adramalech and his siblings, so she was in debt to them in a way. She couldn't just leave.
Even if she could, she would be left alone in the wild to fend for herself and possibly die at the teeth and claws of other wolves. She didn't want that again. She didn't want the stress of having to slink from place to place. She didn't want to be afraid of every stranger she encountered, even though she still was even in the presence of Marusya. She was promised a life of happiness, a life free of pain, a virtual paradise in her eyes. Just to have someone to trust, someone to look over her and protect her was enough to keep her near the pair of Prophets. She even had a role, something to look forward to. Any time now, there would be a litter of pups brought into the world that she was tasked with looking after. Snapping out of her wandering thoughts, Maleah returned the smile that Stanley projected with her own small smile, her tail tip wagging slightly as well. She didn't want to express too much emotion if Marusya didn't want her to. She didn't know how everything worked yet, so she didn't want to push the boundaries. Turning her attention back to Marusya and the albino beauty, she awaited a response from the snowy she-wolf to Marusya and from her mentor about Stanley. She hoped it would be good. Stanley could be the first friend that she had in a long time, apart for Marusya. Her first non-forced friend.

Flitting with birdlike grace through the sparse growth of the forest, it would seem to many that the ivory wraith was perhaps a trick of the light against the dried grass. Psyche, though bathed in siken white, was no illusion. She was as real as the pine needles beneath the paws of all who wandered these woods and the crisp, cold air that bit mercilessly into their skin and lungs. An apparition gives pause for no one. The alabaster bitch, however, froze at the sound of a voice dancing toward her.
Despite her sharp reaction, Psyche kept a relaxed demeanor as she slowly swung her cranium toward the sound’s source. Eyes of pale rose found themselves resting upon a pair of she-wolves, each one smaller than she. The more petite of the pair, a poor skinny thing, was coated in the softest hues of brown and cream. The other, whose abdomen was swollen with the promise of pups, was swathed in honey and copper. It was the pregnant female who spoke out to her.
"Good day. I'm Marusya, this is Maleah." A sweet smile spread across the female’s lips, though Psyche herself kept her lovely face in a mask of collected calm. Her lips took on the smallest of curves a smile that could be taken in a number of ways; shyness, reservedness, politeness, aloofness. What truly mattered was in the eye of the beholder. It would be up to these females what - and who - she would become in their presence.
"I have to say, my dear, you look beautiful, I have never seen a wolf as pure as you.” Though compliments on her looks weren’t something she was unaccustomed to, they were far rarer from she-wolves than from the brutes that so often found themselves crossing her path. Whatever surprise she felt did not make it to her eyes, however, and was instead replaced by a flash of gratitude that flashed across her eyes. "If I'm allowed to presume, you look bored, and alone. Perhaps we can be of assistance to both?" Now came the curiosity; what did this female - Marusya, she had said - have to offer her? What had drawn the pair to her?
Just as her lips parted to voice a greeting of her own when shuffling steps echoed around her. A male pushed his way through the brush. He was young, flecked with a plethora of hues. His eyes, too, were a collection of colors, one holding a blushing pink, and the other a glistening gold. The wolf spoke in a stuttering, soft manner through a genuine smile.
"Hello. I'm sorry to intrude . . . I-I'm Stanley. I-it-it's nice to meet you." Psyche nodded her hello, her face still carrying the same mysterious half-smile as before. With the newest stranger’s greeting, the cloudlike creature chose to make her own.
“It’s a pleasure to meet you all. I am Psyche." Her voice caressed the space between the gathered wolves, sultry and yet sweet, with all of the smoothness of water flowing over glossy river stones. Confidence glided through the sound, accentuated by her calm but erect posture, though arrogance was lacking. Turning her attention to Marusya and her companion, Maleah, the ivory female purred, “I thank you for your kind words from before. Though I must say, you certainly grasped my curiosity when you said that you might be of assistance with my boredom and loneliness. You were certainly correct in both respects, so might I be so bold as to ask what it is you have to offer?”

| Marusya could feel her companion shrink next to her, but she hoped this new she-wolf was as gentle as her appearance, or the two might be in for a small runaway. Flicking her tail softly against Maleah's side, she tried to remind the other to stand straighter. She knew that it was hard, but out here, they need to appear stronger than they were on the inside. Eyes watched the white she-wolf calmly, avoiding eye-contact so avoid a fight or a challenge. With time, the white she-wolf would know who was in charge, Marusya did not need to dominate at this very moment anyways, that would ruin her plans.
Patience was indeed Marusya's skill, as the pearly beast took their time in answering her. As time grew for a moment, another body made itself known. At first Marusya was annoyed by the stuttering and shyness the male exuded. However, she noted the calmness that seemed to come over Maleah as the male showed his true colors to the three standing there. Eyes watched Maleah now, and realized that the two would get along well. Marusya would not chase off this Stanley yet, he seemed to be okay enough for the time-being but doubted he could keep up with everyone.
Turning her head as Psyche spoke, a smile reappeared on her features. The she-wolf was intelligent, something the group needed, her words were poised and carried confidence but zero disrespect to either of them. This one was what they need, perhaps an adviser or high ranking wolf. The question had Marusya smiling widely, true happiness come across her features at the possibilities that she could offer the albino.
"We can offer a home, a family first and foremost," Marusya started, her words trimmed carefully. "Then we can offer you safety and protection if you need it, at any time, we offer stability, while we also offer freedom," her words her musical, almost as if she was weaving an enchanting spell. "We just ask that those who accompany us, learn the ways of our God, Adjetni, and follow the laws of our ways," she stated softly. "Although, you do not have to decide now, we can accompany each other for a short-time, and I can teach you what you want to know, and at the end, you can decide then," freedom of choice is what Marusya would offer the other.
This she-wolf did not seem to need anything extraordinary, nothing like the circumstances surrounding Maleah, but perhaps this curiosity and intelligence can be turned towards their ways. This curiosity could entrap the white cloud, easily in Marusya's clutches, if this was something dangerous. Marusya only wanted more stronger minds to join their group, stronger personalities, wolves worthy of Adjetni. If Psyche showed curiousity, Marusya would show her how to receive visions, and perhaps Adjetni will speak to her directly, show her the path that would lead to her success and freedom.
For a moment, Marusya forgot about Stanley all together, before turning her head to the shy male. "We offer the same to you as well, whatever you want to know, we will show you," she stated towards the male. Eyes kind, hiding her previous annoyance with the male. "We can offer you a family and a place to be yourself," she ended, looking at the both of them. | |

The little runt of albino had no bloody clue where he was. This wasn't out the norm for him though, the little fuzz ball was always lost some way or another. His thin frame taking tiny steps with pink padded paws. His small jaws locked around a mouse that surly had been dead for some while. The scents in the air were thick, they smelt a bit like his papa and his friends. Not quite the same. The same type of body though. Yes. A small pout formed upon the small hybrids cute features. His papas pack weren't as nice as mamas, he much preferred the comfort of the smaller canines within the group. Ones that sported pretty sun-fur whereas his fathers pack has lots of different colour variation. He always did feel a bit lonely when he spent time with his mother. Never really allowed to play with the other dingo pups for some reason, and his fur stained white and not orange. Then again it wasn't much different with the wolves either. Everyone just about avoided him...
Coming to a sudden halt at the thought, overly big tears welled up in pink eyes. His rump suddenly thumped to the ground with the little weight he had and the decomposed mouse dropped from his tiny fangs. Whimpers left his throat as little sobs racked his tiny frame. He didn't want to be alone anymore.
OOC: damn idk why I went so sad with him. Anyway had to put him somewhere. Feel free to approach

Stanley "The Little Things In Life Can Create So Much Happiness."
Stanley receded a step as he was met with their studious eyes. Each of the wolves had a unique reaction to his sudden approach, two bringing hope while the other... worried him some. A smaller, light chestnut female fell from her previously subordinate stance, shrinking back at his voice. The teddy bear gulped, desperately trying to lift the situation with a more enthusiastic wag. She said nothing to him, keeping her lips sealed as she seemed to find a small bit of confidence again, at least enough to carry her body back up to it's original height. Stanley spread his lips in a slightly larger smile, heart thumping. Oh gosh, he had been so forward that he had caused discomfort. For a moment, he opened his mouth to voice his apologies but quickly snapped his jaws shut. He had spoken enough, anymore and they would probably run him off. She herself seemed to return to a mindset of slight ease which calmed the butterflies fluttering in his stomach. Turning his head slightly toward the perfect beauty hovering a few steps beyond reach, he found an ounce of comfort in the gentle smile placed on her pink-piped lips.
“It’s a pleasure to meet you all. I am Psyche." Her sing-song words perfectly matched her appearance, composed and perfect. Simple, intelligent and soft. “I thank you for your kind words from before. Though I must say, you certainly grasped my curiosity when you said that you might be of assistance with my boredom and loneliness. You were certainly correct in both respects, so might I be so bold as to ask what it is you have to offer?” Stanley glanced toward the huddled chocolate pair as well, curious at the words meant to follow.
The more confident chestnut female addressed the pure beauty first, ignoring the teddy bear as he pawed nervously at the dirt. "We can offer a home, a family first and foremost, then we can offer you safety and protection if you need it, at any time, we offer stability, while we also offer freedom, we just ask that those who accompany us, learn the ways of our God, Adjetni, and follow the laws of our ways. Although, you do not have to decide now, we can accompany each other for a short-time, and I can teach you what you want to know, and at the end, you can decide then,"
Stanley felt despair set in as the female finished her words with Psyche, settling on the idea that she had decided not to give him a chance. "We offer the same to you as well, whatever you want to know, we will show you," Stan raised his head up, finding the female's head turned toward him with a more kindly facial expression than she had held before. "We can offer you a family and a place to be yourself," The teddy bear took no hesitation in nodding, tail beginning to sway again behind him at her words. "I'd like that very much." His voice was quiet but audible and a small nod came along with it just to assure that his decision had been easily made. After all, it had been much too long since he had been with a stable group. If he grew close enough with them, maybe they could become something of a new family for him.
With her more friendly words toward him, Stan took a few more steps forward. "I'm sorry, but I don't believe I caught your names." The teddy bear directed his words at the pair of darker females, still keeping his stance and voice polite despite the slight excitement he felt growing. He had just met the trio, but he couldn't help the hope of sticking around for a while with them.

“It’s a pleasure to meet you all. I am Psyche," the voice of the albino phenomenon made Maleah shift her body position. She turned sideways, keeping both Stanley and Psyche in her vision. After all, both of them were strangers. Anything could happen. The confidence that leaked out of Psyche could still end up in an attack if Marusya wasn't careful. The brindled she-wolf wanted to believe that she was safe, but surrounded by the two strangers she couldn't help but feel uneasy. Psyche seemed nice, and Stanley seemed absolutely wonderful, but the suspicion of strangers prevented the skittish she-wolf from accepting the fronts that they projected. “I thank you for your kind words from before. Though I must say, you certainly grasped my curiosity when you said that you might be of assistance with my boredom and loneliness. You were certainly correct in both respects, so might I be so bold as to ask what it is you have to offer?”
Maleah's attention turned to Marusya as Psyche finished speaking. The pregnant she-wolf was obviously going to speak next, and Maleah was looking forward to hearing her pitch again. "We can offer a home, a family first and foremost, then we can offer you safety and protection if you need it, at any time, we offer stability, while we also offer freedom, we just ask that those who accompany us, learn the ways of our God, Adjetni, and follow the laws of our ways. Although, you do not have to decide now, we can accompany each other for a short-time, and I can teach you what you want to know, and at the end, you can decide then," Marusya's pitch to the albino she-wolf still made Maleah's heart flutter. It reminded her of what she was offered, what she was promised. A thought tickled at the back of her mind. Would Psyche and Stanley have to refer to Marusya as M'lady? Or would they we able to call her by her full name? Koga had told ehr that she was destined for greater things in the future, so where would that put her rank wise? If she was lower, she was still in danger of being attacked, especially with Koga still away. Would Marusya protect her? The doubts that clouded her mind were pushed away as Marusya turned to Stanley.
"We offer the same to you as well, whatever you want to know, we will show you. We can offer you a family and a place to be yourself," the pregnant Alphess' words brought a smile to both the younger male and Maleah's face. It was a relief to see him nod along with Marusya's words and agree so easily. "I'd like that very much," his quiet voice still rang clear across the dry woods. Even with the male accepting her offer, the naturally fearful she-wolf still inched closer to Marusya as Stanley took a few steps forward. Her posture didn't drop (much), but her eyes flicked to the ground in automatic submission. "I'm sorry, but I don't believe I caught your names," his polite question was met with only silence from Maleah. She left a gap for Marusya to introduce herself first, as she was far superior to herself. If the pregnant she-wolf hadn't mentioned her name, Maleah would softly speak after her, "Maleah." If Marusya had mentioned her name, she would give a little nod, not quite fully lifting her eyes. She returned the younger male's friendliness with another small tail wag, but still couldn't raise her neon green gaze to meet his multichrome gaze again. Socialization wasn't exactly her strong suit, even when the other wolf was one of the nicest wolves she had met in her life.

The cool wind billowed through Zephyr's snowy white fur as he emerged into the unfamiliar territory. He had been running for what seemed like days and his paws screamed in protest with every step he took. Finally, he seemed to have found an area thickly wooded enough to provide some cover from the elements so that he could rest. He just hoped that he wasn't encroaching on a territory that he could not defend. He began to sniff the air and sure enough there had been other wolves in the area, although the scents were mostly stale. It didn't seem like an area that was regularly marked by a pack, and that gave him some peace of mind. Zephyr walked through the woods, crunching dry leaves and silently cursing his stark white coat that always seemed to give him away. Moving slowly through the woods wasn't ideal, but the exhausted wolf simply could not go on running without a proper rest. Just as he was about to plop down for a well-deserved nap, he heard the sobs.
Small, tiny, shrill sobs. His ears pricked in interest while his fur bristled slightly. He sniffed the air again, this time catching the scent of a wolf, although this one was a pup. His fur lay back and he approached the scent cautiously, careful not to make too much noise. After only a few moments, he caught sight of the little fuzzball and smirked. He emerged from the brush and made himself visible, but lowered his head non-threateningly so as not to frighten the little wolf.

The massive brute moved slowly through the foresty area, looking around as he did so to spot anything out of the ordinary. His wolves should be following him, and if anyone had escaped, they would have been killed on the spot. He wouldn't allow for them to become traitors, or for the wolves he was keeping hostage to escape his grasp so easily. That was something that couldn't happen. Black eyes looked around as they approached new territory. He didn't plan on staying here for too long, and thus they would only be traveling through. Koga and his two had wandered off to do their own thing, and he knew that he couldn't control them, but he didn't want them wandering too far from his group for too long. Scenting the air as he walked through the territory that was seemingly full of wolves, he knew that he didn't want to confront anyone right now. He was rather hungry, and moving for a long period of time would definitely have his wolves craving something to eat. But they couldn't stop yet. Especially when he needed them to find a territory that would be suitable for them to actually settle down in, where wolves wouldn't dare trespass. This territory was definitely not something that he wanted, and so he would move forward in his quest to find the perfect territory for him and his wolves. Charcoal hues scanned the area as he saw that there were a couple groups of wolves, especially ones that could be useful. Looking back towards the ones that were following him, he knew that they couldn't take he wolves easily. Him and his siblings were deadly, but when it came to keeping followers in line, it would take much more than the three of them to do so. Bringing his eyes to glance instead towards where a small herd of deer were, he gave a small nod. "We'll settle here only to hunt, and after we eat, we'll press forward in our search for land to call our own," He said, and then brought his attention towards Beelzebub and Lilith. His two siblings wouldn't have any choice but to agree, and he would not take no for an answer. Lilith was the strongest at hunting among the siblings. Adramalech's burly size gave him a disadvantage when chasing after smaller prey, but he knew that he would be able to bring down something given the right momentum. He would leave the chasing for the others to do. "Lilith, if you would, come up with a hunting plan," He said, looking towards his sister with softened charcoal eyes. .:: @lilith @beelzebub @koa @ako @bellatrix @koga Maleah @marusya ::. .:: I hope I tagged everyone ::.

Suki lumbered along, alabaster fur mingling with copper. The beginning of their trip, the narcissist bounded along with her usual energy. Ambling in ditzy loops, gentle flirts with her lover, and manipulative words murmured gently into the ears of a certain Omega. The movement was welcomed, until her legs slacked. Her energetic hops and springs dulled until her form lugged farthest behind the group, oaken eyes drooping. Eventually, with the tugs of Beelzebub, she meandered her way back to the front. Frosted auricles no longer flicked at the harshest of noises, instead pinned against a thin skull. Small murmurs of insanity were silenced by lingering nausea. Why? Why was she forsaken with this terrible illness? Of course, the answer was painfully obvious. But, no use informing Adramalech yet. Soon, yes. Did she reek of it? No doubt he already knew... Humming anxiously, the snowy bitch veered to the side, drawing herself across trees and brush.
Of course, they wouldn't be residing here for long. Even so, the desire to nest was far to strong to overcome. The strum of vocalization hit Suki randomly, her limbs jerking oddly as some sort of rationality seeped back into her sleep-deprived mind. Grumbling to the faint scent of wolves, the dame skidded back to her pack. Stomping, brown eyes were thinned to a glare, tempting anyone to question her behavior. Fixing her previously slumped posture, muscles fixed along her body - despite the aches of protest.
Adramalech quickly began speaking. Fan-fucking-tastic. Why couldn't they ever just sleep? "Hunting?" Suki snapped, the thin veil of patience worn thin by nobody bar herself. lifting herself, the petite female looked at her Alpha with contempt. "Not a moments peace in this fucking place, I have a right mind to.." Lost in her own mumbling, her outburst was quickly cast aside. Giving Adramalech a reluctantly apologetic flicker of ears, she began to settle on the lush ground, before suddenly streaking away. Curling behind a brush, the female's body convulsed before she wretched, vision blurring momentarily, before stumbling backwards. Wrinkling her nose, the Delta quickly composed herself, shaking out clean fur. Crossly, she laid down beside her mate. If it wasn't already obvious to her fellow packmates, the realization should dawn on those who had any shred of intelligence.Preparation was due. In three months time, the Delta would be overwhelmed with the responsibility of the one thing she despised most: pups.
Looking up at her beloved, Suki growled softly, nipping the back of his leg halfheartedly. "These fuckers better be worth it."
Not my best.. Tried to portray pregnancy in wolves to the best of my ability, while shoving some more human-like traits??? Eh.

The ghost-white wolf lifted his muzzle to the air and instantly bristled. Wolf. Actually, there were wolves. Plural. He knew he was outnumbered, and his first instinct was to get the hell out of their way. But his stark white pelt streaking through the dark woods could be a death sentence, too. He debated what to do exasperatedly, but the longer he deliberated, the closer the scent crept. He let out a long whine, neutral, but letting the approaching wolves know of his location and his intentions. Hopefully his blatant alarm would be enough for the wolves not to suspect him of anything, particularly if this was their territory, although he hadn't been able to smell any scents upon his arrival. They must be new here too, he thought, and then more brightly, maybe they're starting a pack! His ears perked at the thought of having a home - of having companions. And hunting partners would be an added plus too, Zephyr was growing quite tired of rabbits and fawns - the smaller animals were his typical prey since he had a population of 1 in his hunting party. But he knew to be cautious with other wolves, something that his mother had always warned him of. His own father had been a strange wolf to his mother, and well... that's how Zephyr was conceived. But he knew for a male wolf, much more lethal intentions could be held and he held back a shiver. Zephyr was no coward, but he certainly didn't enter into fights he could not win. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tagged: Alpha Adramalech @suki

The beginnings of their travels had been marked by an eager, abundant energy as they pushed beyond the boundaries of an open, barren valley. Prospects of prey-filled lands, potential recruits, bold, wild battle thrills had driven him deeply into an innocuous, empty woodland. Arid valley air coated each coarse, sparsely clustered patch of plant growth, clinging gingerly to the tips of even the finest of fur. Prey lingered permanently on sight's outskirts, faint, brief flashes of dinner looming just beyond the brink of peripheral vision. Surely, surely this wasn't the land Adramalach had intended on settling? Coarse, irritable cackles wove their way between thick, blanched jaws, twitching at the slightest, gentlest slip of sound. Such a sensational, fantastic slip of woods, entirely worth their week's fill of sleep - even now, he had decided to deliver, at his own risk, an occasional apt nip towards Suki's flank, urging her to hasten speed. This wonderful, glorious wasteland was to be the generous bounty of their labors, the fruit of their success. A soft, cynical snarl curled a coal-dark lip as sharp, vibrant scents emerged from each fetid corner, whimsily curling within clouded nostrils. Fellow wastelanders, ferals of every build and breed. A low, chortling laugh heaved through his lungs - perhaps that cannibalistic cult would find their - prey selection, more satisfying. Suddenly, they slowed to a halt, flaxen eyes fixated on a small deer herd situated a short distance away. Not close enough to the point they risked the herd's discovery - close enough to observe without obstruction. "We'll settle here only to hunt, and then, after we eat, we'll press forward in our search for land to call our own," he began, his tone distant, thoughtful. A rest and refuel mission - a seemingly wonderfully simple task, were it not for the fact they traversed woods. Even though sparsely spaced, trees were trees. Lillith easily possessed the largest advantage; lithe, agile, perfect for darting in and out amidst undergrowth, which Adra promptly acknowledged, placing her in charge of formulating a plan. Not everyone seemed quite so pleased. Seamlessly, a stream of stringent curses, insults slipped from Suki's marbled pale maw; the pale, thick plume of her tail lashing in obvious displeasure. "Not a moment's peace in this fucking place - I have a right mind to..." The she-wolf growled, hackles prickling in an irritable, angered arch. Languidly, a single alabaster ear tip ebbed towards their Alpha's direction; the faintest, briefest flicker of an apology. Ebbing restlessness enveloped her before she could even hope to settle down, sending her soaring into the nearby brush before her stomach had even scraped the ground. A soft, amused huff escaped his nostrils - to think, it would only get worse from here on out. Pregnancy had treated her with all usual abuses - nausea, fatigue, a restless, frantic nesting fever - all within about one month. Her scent had shifted, however slightly, perceptible only to a trained nose. Perhaps an explanation as to why Adra hadn't ripped her apart yet. Mood swings were unpredictably wild, lashing out at everything - from Adramalach himself to the most submissive, timid slave. Of course, he'd failed to fully escape her onslaught. Even now, as suddenly as she'd originally vanished, she materialized, announcing her arrival with a deft, swift nip to the ankle. "These fuckers better be worth it." With a soft, playful snarl, he craned his head downwards, flaxen eyes finding his own blazing orange ones. "And they will be," he chuckled lowly, delivering an equally sharp nip to a tarnished white ear. "They'll be beautiful - the finest things you've ever created." He stretched his limbs forward, arching large, ashen jaws into a yawn. "I wouldn't worry too much about hunting," he teased. "We've fresh meat on every frontier. All we need is the cannibals to catch it." True, to a certain extent - their overswollen Alphess had whisked her and her slave off, wandering deeply within uncharted territory - the pair could very well be hunting, without any wolf the wiser. All he could hope was they'd decency enough to share. "Why don't we have a bit of fun 'hunting'?" While he was perfectly aware of Adramalach's current plans, drafting a plan would a gradual, arduous process - of which Lillith had absolved him of. In the meantime, they were perfectly free to scope out the locals, take their pick of potential 'addititions' to their ever growing collection. Two had seized his attentions already, both male, but one markedly more skewed then the other. Tentatively, he took a step forwards, tasting the air to lightly test his boundaries. Both alone. "Take your pick, Suki," Beelzebub began, his tone whimsy, teasing. "Left or right?" OOC: The two wolves in question are Zephyr and Koda. Enjoy! A large ivory male had approached the pup with a position of ease and a smirk. Immediately Koda's ears flickered back, big tears leaking harder as the dingo-wolf stared up at potentially his fate. I wanna go home... His breathing started to go rugged and harsh before suddenly it had stopped and his head dropped forward. His heaving body twitched slightly before his small cranium raised once again. Tears were no longer evident, as a matter of fact, if it weren't for the wet trails left on his fur, it was as if he wasn't even crying in the first place. His small frame relaxed from timid to confident and uncaring in the split second and his eyes held nothing but boredom when they once held fear. A glace around had the tiny hybrid raising an eyebrow. "Where the hell am I now?" A long whine caught the pups attention as a large ivory male stood before him. When the fuck did he get there?! He seemed to be letting others know of his whereabouts and suddenly scents caught in Rei's nose. Wolves, two of them. Their scent of blood didn't go unnoticed. "Are you crazy?! Shut up or they'll hear you." Rei growled lowly to the alabaster wolf. He was far more mature than what had been him almost a minute ago and was certainly no stranger to potential cannibalism. His small body hit the ground with his ears pinned back, a silent snarl opening his jaws up. The two scents were adult, and Rei knew there was no way in the damnedest of hells he would be able to fight, he was practically a chew toy that could feel the chew. His eyes darted round for a way to avoid this mishap that he somehow slept walked into. Blush-coloured eyes settled themselves onto a large, dead looking tree. Roots resting on a small hill, just big enough to create a small gap. Not even thinking of sticking around to see if the wolves were a potentially hostile or friendly, Rei dashed for the roots and hid his small body under the caverns it created, backing himself further into the shadows until his rump hit hill side. Strawberry eyes narrowed in on the white male wolf. Screw it, he brought it on himself, whatever the hell 'it' is.

Trees towering above her, smaller flora emerging the further in she goes - this expanse of woods was a far cry more pleasant than the barren dustland she had previously traveled. However, she does not spend long appreciating it, as something far more pressing quickly catches her attention. The moment Vivaldi entered the territory, she had been met by the scent of wolf - so strong that the numerous other critters around became a side note in the face of their numbers. This wasn't the dull, faint smell of rogues long past, or a coincidental crossing of paths. Something was happening, and she cannot stop a faint shiver of curiosity from taking root in her mind. Jaws parting to better her airflow, she breaks into a casual trot. After long months of mountain passes and rocky desert, it takes a few strides before she falls back into buried instinct, but soon enough the lupess is avoiding stray branches and clusters of leaves like she had never left the forest. Slowing her pace as she nears, harsh orange eyes catch on a flash of white just in time for the rank smell of vomit to permeate the air. Following the white figure with her eyes, she takes in the gathering of wolves that the unfamiliar female settles among. She cannot hear everything, but faint traces of conversation drift her way - search for land...hunting plan... ah. This wasn't some random group of wolves. This was a pack, currently nameless though they may be. Another shivers rolls through her, though one of anticipation rather than curiosity. Now that she was closer, she could tell that most of their scents possessed metallic undertones - blood. This could mean many things, but judging by the way the black one gave out orders - with the unwavering certainty that they would be followed - it simply meant that an hierarchy was enforced here, and enforced well. It would be a lie to say she wasn't interested, and coming to a decision, the lupess steps out from behind the cluster of trees that had been previously hiding her form - though she had no doubt that her presence had been noted anyhow. She does not prostrate herself or cower as she approaches, as a younger or notably inferior wolf might when encountering unfamiliar faces, but she does carefully keep her tail and ears in neutral positions. No eyes are met as her steps take her nearer to the black wolf who had given orders, stopping a respectful distance away. Vivaldi was a creature of quiet confidence, yes, but she was not so arrogant as to think she could leave a conflict with so many wolves intact. Chin dipping in a nod of greeting, burnt orange eyes settle somewhere just to the left of the wolf's face. "Hello," she utters, polite as ever but distant in a way that suggested her kind tones were a fickle thing. "With such a large group, you would be...quite difficult to avoid while traveling through. I figured it would be best to greet you directly rather than find myself in your path later on." A small pause to ascertain that the male in front of her had not immediately grown hostile. "And, if you'll indulge my curiosity, to ask why such a group has gathered here?" She is formal, but cold, in a way that suggested that brash words and assumed casualness were not in the low-toned bitch's nature.
