So, I brought this up to the other staff, and I thought to bring it up to you members as well. Recently, Imgur has changed its TOS stating that it will no longer allow forums, such as Proboards, Jcink and Forumotion to use them as a free image hoster. This means that you cannot host an image on there, and have it apart of your profile such as your avatar or signature, or in your character information.
You can still use images from Imgur for a one time use, such as for the Thread "What would your character look like as a human?" Where there could be an imgur image that absolutely fits your character, but as long as its not uploaded every time we open the site and such.
That's basically what they're saying. If you wish to read Imgur's new TOS, I suggest going over to their website to review it, but know that if you do not comply to their TOS, then you will probably end up being banned from their site, and your images deleted completely. If you need another image hosting site I can suggest the following for use:
s5.photobucket.com
tinypic.com
deviantart.com (Not an image hosting site, but you could use it as such, as I have)

This sort of hosting is allowed under their TOS (sharing images with facebook, twitter, reddit and also uploading non-repeat images that are literally "just posting pictures. Not backgrounds, avatars, banners, nothing at all like that. Just posting a picture in a post on a thread"). Just not images that are loaded as part of your theme, signatures, templates or avatars. If you're posting and hosting images for sharing in a thread (for instance) that would be fine according to their TOS. They just don't want to play host to images or things that are loaded a every single time you load a page like parts of your theme, signature, avatars, etc.
