Rae "Sometimes quiet is violent."
Before Fury could respond to Rae's discovery of others standing in the distance, the duo were soon interrupted by a sickly-sweet looking she-wolf, the stranger's fur whiter than her own. Rae merely cringed at the overbearing amount of sweetness that seemed to radiated off this female, she could already tell that this one would be overly annoying to deal with. "Well, what a pleasure it is to find two young and beautiful wolves to, perhaps, keep me company for a bit? I promise not to ruin your fun and only stick around for a bit." The stranger's tone was enough to make Rae snort to herself, the sheer innocence of this she-wolf was nothing but a joke, she looked like the kind of wolf who wouldn't be able to survive a few days on their own. Rae smirked at this thought.
"Mhm," she hummed rather sarcastically. "Look, hun, I'm not out here to make friends, yeah? So how about we skip the pleasantries and you just cut to the chase. What do you want with a pair of wolves like us?" Rae's tone was notably anything but friendly and welcoming, in fact, she was quite amused by the she-wolf standing in front of her. Despite the age difference, and slight hight difference, Rae was probably the one with the upper hand in this conversation, despite the fact that the female she was talking to was unknowingly bonkers, but hey, go figure.

Fury started, shaking her ashen pelt as she realized that Rae had spoken. She had fallen into a silent tread with her mind distracted form her body, and only come back to alertness with the appearance of a blindingly pale female. "Mhm. Look, hun, I'm not out here to make friends, yeah? So how about we skip the pleasantries and you just cut to the chase. What do you want with a pair of wolves like us?" Rather than speaking as Rae had, Fury just gazed at the blue- eyed female rather impassively. She had addressed the dark- and- silver female’s own opinion perfectly. Indeed, Fury was only travelling with Rae because they were headed the same way, and two wolves had a better chance of surviving than one alone. And if this new wolf wanted only companionship, then she’d find herself out of luck; neither the cream not the ash were particularly conversational, at this point at least. In fact Fury felt that neither of them really cared for chatting much- she knew that she herself needed the time to think and plan, which would hardly be achieved by idle chatting.

Lluise
"Mhm, look, hun, I'm not out here to make friends, yeah? So how about we skip the pleasantries and you just cut to the chase. What do you want with a pair of wolves like us?" The little she-wolf's sarcastic tone made the porcelain wolf release a small, harmless sounding giggle although a trained ear would have heard the contempt buried in the noise. She gazed at the pup with her beautiful blue and brown eyes, her bloodlust circling through her mind as she continued her unnerving stare. "Why should a pup being calling her superior hun?" Lluise finally let her insanity leak through her words. Her lovely face twisted momentarily into an expression of hatred and interest before she forced herself back to a sweet smile. "Fine. Care to tell me your name?" Her cold eyes glanced to the darker wolf and she giggled slightly. "You too sweetheart."
The porcelain colored she-wolf beamed at the two as she would wait for their names. Whether they would dare respond or not, Llu decided to continue the conversation. "If you care, my name is Lluise. There. Pleasantries over honey." She let sarcasm leak into her words to the little she-wolf. "Why I'm here? Well, I'll travel with you. I'm prepared to go wherever since I'm sure" She gave a twisted and deranged smile toward the pup "anywhere you go will be quite interesting." Llu said the word interesting with a darker tone as she let the two peek at the monster inside of the little wolf's body.
Lluise gazed at the pup, completely ignoring the onyx wolf. This cream she-wolf was definitely more interesting then the big one as she had already figured the onyx one out. The pup though, she was certainly a curious thing. Lluise studied her carefully and smiled again. "Yes, very interesting." "A gardeenia is a mangled rose, so I guess we have something in common."

Rae "With molten eyes and a smile made for war,"
From the second that the stranger began talking, Rae's tongue was ready to spit poison with the impact of a cracking whip, though, as "Lluise" began to spill the truth of her slightly psychotic truths, the youngling merely stood in silence, not a muscle flinching as a smirk simply rested on her lips. It was when the porcelain she-wolf had stopped running her mouth that Rae simply raised her head ever so slightly, a brow lifting before she casually shook out her fur as she she couldn't give a fuck, but her stomach had been bubbling with distaste for the she-wolf who claimed she'd like to accompany them.
"First of all, lets set this straight, hun," Rae practically spat the word as her tone turned venomous and cold, yet the usual air of sarcasm still held true, "Out here, in the land that isn't claimed yet is ruled by the heat of the sun, I have no superior. And if I did, I wouldn't be treating a wolf like yourself with any kind of respect, so kiss my ass." Her words were –without a doubt– quite harsh and to the point. She had been walking through the god-damned sunbathed land for days now, with no company but suddenly appeared pepper she-wolf who she barely knew, and know Lluise had pranced in at the wrong moment, boy was she lucky to see Rae in a state of annoyance.
"The second thing that I would just love to bring up, is you might want to travel with us, but I –for one– would never in my dizziest daydreams want to traipse around this godforsaken territory with a nut-job like yourself." Rae's molten gaze suddenly flickered to Fury for a split second as she threw out her last lot of words. Surely someone like Fury was having the same thoughts as Rae. However, the she-wolf merely pushed past this thought and instead let her smirk grow wider as her singeing eyes turned back to stare down the figure of the crazed chalk-white female. "So with that, I say buh-bye, sweetie."
An overly sweet smile was flashed across her face before she gave a swish other bushy tail, and turned her rump the other way, leaving Lluise behind. She wouldn't mind if Fury followed, but Rae just wanted to get away from the nutcracker of a she-wolf. What she had said early was correct; she was not in this damn place to make friends, and so she continued her trail on the way to her destination, hoping to find a den of some sorts that would prove adequate for a quick nap to rest her tired and constantly growing bones.

Fury listened as the small white chattered on rather sporadically, and when asked for her name, Fury responded with a rumble in her chest and a rather dominant position. Insane, confused wolves needed to be constantly reminded of their place, else they could become difficult to deal with. This female was no exception, and Fury looked at her coldly through narrowed eyes, fine with Rae answering. Indeed she was the one that had been addressed; however if the amber- eyed she- wolf felt that Lluise was trying to command the situation, the ash would speak. Fury and Rae were in charge, and it was important that this female knew that.
Fury found herself quite impressed and a little surprised at Rae’s sharp words, and with little left for Fury herself to add, again mirroring her own opinions in her speech. She may have been young, but Rae certainly knew how to put the wolf in its place. However, leaning in to Lluise’s face, Fury felt to add in a growl, pulling her silver lips up to reveal her teeth and show she was deadly serious, “And don’t try following us. We don’t want company. So I find you anywhere near us, you find yourself in my teeth in a pool of blood. Without your throat.”
Just in case the insane seeming female was empty minded enough not to pick up the threat from the young cream, and needed .
And so, the silvered charcoal, too, turned her back and resumed her position slightly ahead of Rae. She kept her ears upright as she walked; she very much expected the blue- eyed female to ignore both warnings and attempt to accompany them anyway. And if that happened, Fury intended to show her that she was true to her words. If she followed, maybe if she was lucky, Fury would let the stupid little white female scamper of with some of her fur, and most of her face intact.
She shook her pelt; it had been a while since she had last fought, apart from snapping at a small brown male who had tried to snatch her prey. And he’d fled almost as soon as the dark amber eyed she- wolf had showed her teeth- rather satisfying, but hardly exciting.
Only a fool- or someone insane- picked a fight for the sake of it, especially when you had few allies and were nearly alone. But Fury couldn’t deny the fact that a battle would be an exciting turn, and as she had rather a lot of emotions that she needed to vent, Fury was almost hoping that Lluise would give her a reason to be put, very physically, where she belonged. Besides, she would probably fall easily, small as she was. If she followed, she would learn- you don’t disobey Fury.

Rae "With molten eyes and a smile made for war,"
A temper still burned harshly within the younger wolf's throat, an occasional growl ringing from her maw as her head was lowered and ears pulled back. It was entirely obvious that Rae had been through enough bullshit for one day, and she had no desire to talk to Fury who had pulled a few inches in front of her. Rae mentally scoffed. Her "companion" was leading them around as if she had a clue what way they were going. This whole place was an endless expanse of grass and a few sparse trees here and there. The grass was not soft or lush, either, it was corse and tough, making Rae's skin begin to itch upon contact--and the trees? They were merely sticks protruding from the ground which provided little-to-no shade.
Rae grumbled once again as she looked over her shoulder to watch the burning ball of light dip closer to the horizon, eventually beginning to slip past the point of view. She narrowed her eyes. Night would be upon them soon enough, and Rae refused to spend the entire night walking with no aim while her limbs began to feel hollow and brittle.
Rae paused her walking as a shadow caught her attention, not caring if Fury were to notice her stopping, the youngling turned her head to find herself looking at a space of light casting over a hole dug between the thin roots of one of the many sparse trees. She shifted her body to begin towards the hole, hoping and praying to any holy-being that existed that this would be a den of some sorts. As Rae inched closer, her nose eventually a few centimetres away from the entrance she felt her heart leap up into her chest as her molten eyes laid upon a suitably sized den. Without wasting any time, Rae slipped herself through the entrance and let her body drop to the floor of the den, her bright and grateful gaze staring out of the hole she had entered through, wondering if Fury was still wanting to stay with her, and if the larger she-wolf would follow. If she would, the youngling would scoot her body over to make room for her acquaintance. But if not, she would simply stare out and watch as the sun eventually went into hiding, its warm glow sapping off the earths surface while the gentle and cool moonlight would begin to sweep the land.
Rae eventually fell into a much-needed dreamless sleep.

As the sunlight began to drain from the sky, Rae noiselessly slid herself into a den she’d located. The ash- and- silver female considered snapping at her for doing so without discussing- after all, Fury was the one guiding her- but held her tongue upon deciding that rest was probably a good idea. Pushing herself through the entrance, the ember- eyed she- wolf lay down across form the cream, resting her head on her paws in the dirt, and shifting to make herself comfortable. Once settled, Fury grunted a simple, ‘Night,’ and half shut her eyes, watching as her young companion fell into sleep before Fury allowed herself to rest.
She was awoken by a shaft of lavender dawn sunlight angling into the den on her face, and, careful not to disturb Rae, emerged, blinking, into the day. As the ash pelted female stretched her muscles, stiffened from the rather awkward position she’d awoken to find herself in, she watched the edge of the den for Rae’s own exit. When the other female would emerge, Fury would leave her sitting position to address her, “We should hunt.”

Rae "With molten eyes and a smile made for war,"
A fat beam of grey morning sunlight spilled into the den, the sudden glow bringing Rae from her sleep as she blinked open her bright amber eyes. Her gaze quickly narrowed as she remembered where she was, and a grumble soon accompanied when she realised that her companion was still hanging around. The youngling glanced out of the den, her line of sight resting on the peppered female who awaited her outside. Rae scowled as she brought herself to her feet, limbs still weak as she combatted the daze of sleep.
She eventually stumbled her way out of the hole, smaller frame standing next to Fury. Rae's features gleamed with a unimpressed glow as they always did, looking to the older who stood from her sat position. “We should hunt.” Her blunt words only made Rae smirk with a small chuckle to accompany. "Well good morning to you, too." She mused before taking a step forward, morning-light gleaming on the creamy mix of her pelt while eyes scanned the land. "Unless you want to be chewing on scrawny mice, theres not exactly much out here to hunt." She pointed out as she recalled the lack of prey in these lands, apart from the few vermin she had seen ducking in and out of holes, as well as the one exceptionally skinny hare she had seen being chased by a coyote; probably dead by now. Rae highly doubted their chance at getting a decent meal to even numb the slight pang of hunger that rumbled in her stomach, perhaps even attempting to hunt would be a waste of energy. But it was better than doing nothing.

The amber- eyed female twitched her ears backward at Rae's sarcastic response, snorting lightly in slight irritation, but otherwise ignored it and responded instead to the young cream's second statement, "Unless you want to be chewing on scrawny mice, there's not exactly much out here to hunt." Casting her gaze around the pass, she decided that, indeed, there would be little of value.
"We can be on the lookout for prey as we move then." Fury replied, already turning to continue on in the direction that they had been heading previously. “Hopefully we’ll be out of here soon, and then we’ll be able to find something decent.”
Ears pricked, Fury continued on following the curve of the valley, ears erect and silver muzzle raised to the wind, alert to the crackling of leaves underneath her paws, the light wind brushing her fur, and Rae's presence if she was to continue following. After a little while of walking, Fury's sensitive nose caught the scent of prey, flicking her ears at Rae to inform her that she had caught a scent and was following it. Stalking quietly, followed the scent to its source- a mouse which, as Rae had predicted, was indeed scrawny. But, it was better than nothing, and so, muscles tense, she leaped at the mouse, slamming her paws down on it's back and snapping it's neck. It's limp body in her jaws, Fury returned to the main path and the river, ember eyes narrowed against the glare from the water. Dropping the mouse, she glanced at Rae with a slight shrug, "It's something. I'm happy to wait here if you want to check the are for anything else for yourself."

Topaz strolled calmly, eloquently. Handsome head held high, and proud. His bushy tail held even with his spine, fluttering as he moved. Each step came with the roll of visible muscles under a dappled coat. One that held the colors of the forest, but more vibrant, highlighted. Blinking bright eyes, the male paused as two females rolled into his line of view, one an ebony hued bitch, another a lighter, feathery cream colored wolf. The alabaster bitch was quiet young, by her scent, around 7-8 months. The opposing wolf, who was clearly unrelated, was a good 2 years older then her companion. They were chatting, about prey it seems. Nothing interesting to Topaz himself. In fact, the charcoal stained bitch had a mouse at her paws. Were they sticking together? Who cares.
"Hello," He offered, his deep voice offering rich tones. Only now did the brute realize that he outsized both of the opposing wolves, perhaps he was intimidating? The way he stood taller then the others, his muscles pulled taut, and his ears perked confidently. But he was cool, collected, and relaxed. The dominant male did not do anything to attempt to threaten these females, and even allowed his tail to lower. With one hefty paw, he stepped forwards, but did not move further, wondering the two's reaction to his approach. Distantly, he could smell the packs nearby. Perhaps he would travel to one, soon. But, for now, he was more interested in passing the time. Talking to these two was the perfect way to do it.

A large male, pelt mottled in shades of russet, black and white, approached herself and Rae before Rae responded to Fury's offer. Rotating her head to hold him in her gaze, she took in his posture; relaxed, confident, slightly dominant. The silver- and- black she- wolf drew herself up also in response, not hostile, not completely dominant, but just as confident as him. Assessing the muscular male through unconsciously, slightly narrowed orange eyes, she returned his greeting with her own clipped, rather guarded, response and a little nod of greeting, "Hi. Do you want something?" Glancing down at the body of her mouse, the charcoal female added, "There seems to be a little prey around this area, if that's what your looking for."
Rather to the point perhaps, however not being the most talkative or particularly trusting type, that was rather a lot from her, though the male didn't seem hostile. Laying down, Fury gripped the mouse and began to gnaw on it, watching the large wolf as she ate, whether he should continue to speak or leave to hunt.

Wish sniffed the air, trying to find prey. He hadn't eaten anything for days, and if he wanted to join Lubrusca he would need to be fit and healthy. When all he could smell was Ferus, Lubrusca, Somnus, and Rogue, he muttered a curse under his breath. "Might as well head towards Lubrusca." He decided and started towards where the smell was stronger. Keeping his nose high, just in case he could scent some prey. As he walked he saw little movement, and when he did see it, it was nothing more than a mouse or two. "I hope I find something before I starve." He said, "What's the point in trying to join a pack if you're dead?!"

Rae "With molten eyes and a smile made for war,"
She simply nodded at Fury's words as they moved onwards, continuing through the damned lands that looked exactly the same as they had the day before. Such bleakness. It was...boring. Rae sighed and furrowed her brows, bright eyes dancing over the grassy terrain as a part of her prayed that some morsel of luck would bound in front of her in the form of a hare. Though the odds were incredibly slim.
Creamy ears flickered as she noticed the peppered female drift away from her side, cranium tilting in curiously as she halted her gait. Rae's rump fell to the ground, plush tail curling around her body as she watched the older she-wolf stalk through the wheat-like grass that itched at her young and sensitive skin. Rae blinked as she caught the scent of the rodent shortly before the sweet tang of metallic blood swept through the air, the kill being confirmed as Fury returned to the youngling with the small mouse clutched proudly between her jaws. Even though the thing was small and scrawny, it would have been enough to take the edge of the unforgiving pain of hunger. Rae couldn't help the scowl that crossed her face, making the jealously that simmered in her gut clear enough if one were to take any real notice.
Rae watched as Fury dropped the rodent to the ground with a casual shrug, it's body left limp and bloodstained. "It's something. I'm happy to wait here if you want to check the are for anything else for yourself." The female's words tugged Rae's one of sight upwards, molten eyes burning upon the darker she-wolf's form as she huffed in annoyance at the fact that she was never really taught how to hunt properly. It was one of the many things that she hoped to learn from a real pack. "Right," was her only response, the single word laced with the subtle venom of angst. Though before she could say anything else, a male voice and thicker scent pierced the atmosphere, the sudden appearance sending Rae's body into a stiffened and aware state as she simply stares at the handsome brindle wolf.
"Hello," he offered a greeting, though Rae didn't give much notice to anything that he was saying as she instead let those infamous blazing eyes travel along his frame. Tall, muscular, handsome. She grunted in return, though the fact that her bored expression had lifted was enough to tell that she was interested by this new face. He seemed capable and knowledgable, perhaps if she couldn't gain entrance into a pack she would instead follow this male around and learn from him instead.
"Hi. Do you want something? There seems to be a little prey around this area, if that's what your looking for." Fury's words did little to break her intense gaze away from the male, eyes narrowing slightly as she waited for this stranger to respond. She hoped that he didn't offer them the same approach as the ivory bitch that they had bumped into the day before. Creamy tail curled even tighter around her body as she remained sat near Fury. She had suddenly forgotten all about her escapade to find something to nibble on as she simply stayed quite and awaited a response from the stranger.

Bronze hued auricles flicked ever-so-slightly as another stranger sauntered into his peripheral vision, letting his mass move backwards a few steps while rotating left, slowly he was able to assess the male. Never letting his gaze leave the silver and black bitch's, the handsome brute quickly dismissed the new addition as harmless. Swishing a plume of creams and browns behind him, the sickly and pointed words spilled from the female like acid, striking the male's main attitude. "Hi. Do you want something? There seems to be a little prey around this area, if that's what your looking for." Rolling his amber hued eyes in a mixture of sarcasm, and amusement, he shook a broad head, a small chuckle bubbling from his lips as he did so. "I'm doing just fine." Though blunt, his statement was honest. The curling of his stomach reminded him that the meal he had dared to eat that sickly meal mere hours ago. "Though if one of you need something to eat," He allowed a single eyebrow to arch, while internally he wondered why he would even make such an offer. "I'd treasure the opportunity to stretch my legs." He'd leave it as that, dispelling the fact that he had made a semi-kind offer. His usual attack of sarcastic lines, and grumpy wordless acknowledgements were cast aside at this moment. It seemed as if he was practicing for a pack, which, he sort of was. Breaking his eyes away from the duo, he turned his gaze to the east, scenting at the nearby pack by the name of Somnus. That's where he was headed.
Glancing to the side, Topaz eyed the new arrival, a male with a large grey coat with charcoal smudges. "You wanna say something, or what?" He barked in his direction, his ears pushing towards him, eyes narrowing. Truly, he wasn't worried about the male, but simply annoyed by the fact he seemed to just hang around himself, and the two females in silence.

OOC: I'm headed for Lub.
"I - I'm sorry," Wish muttered, trying to look as small as possible. "I was just passing through." He then noticed that there were two females in the clearing. This only made him more fearful, as his mother had always been the dominant one, and his sister was always the scariest when he was a pup. But he could scent mouse around the older of the two. Trying to avoid eye - contact, he turned toward her and asked "D - do you know where I could find some prey?" He really hoped she would tell him, he could already tell his ribs were showing, and if spent more than another day without food he would starve. His only hope for survival was these wolves being kinder than they look.
