As Wren waited for a response from Ater, Aili joined the pair of seated wolves. It seemed that her game was getting snuffed out, but Wren didn't mind. It was bound to get a bit boring after a while. "I thank you for the introduction to this... compelling game. However, I think I will only observe for the time being, your separate techniques are quite interesting to study and compare," Ater's melodious voice had drifted back to the formality Wren had experienced before, her polite denial going over well with Wren. Really, most things went over well with Wren. As long as Ater hadn't cursed her out and stormed away, Wren really would've been okay with any response. Wren let the trio sit in silence for a few seconds, debating whether or not to continue the game or not. It had really run it's course; leaves were strewn everywhere and stuck to everyone, and the hill had a few light paw mark scars trailing down it and a splat at the bottom from Ater falling. Honestly, the hill was in pretty rough shape, and besides, Wren could use a change anyway. A hunt would be nice, but there weren't exactly any superiors around that could organize that. Luke, Seven, Sasha, and Yoki were away at the borders, she hadn't seen Empyrean in a while, Zero had left a few months ago. There wasn't exactly a Hunting Superior around either. With everyone busy at the borders, Wren most definitely didn't feel as if she had the authority to get a bunch of wolves together to go for a hunt. There weren't even that many wolves in the commons! With a sigh, Wren finally piped up, "Whelp! I think that's run its course! Now what?" A smiling face looked at both of the she-wolves beside her, hoping that they would have some idea that didn't involve any sort of official instruction and organisation, and that would still be fun. @aili Hunting Superior Ater

"I thank you for the introduction to this... compelling game. However, I think I will only observe for the time being, your separate techniques are quite interesting to study and compare." Ater says. Aili's mouth was lingering open in a smile, panting from the lasting exuberance and breathlessness of her trip down the slope, but it was starting to close. She didn't find Ater's statement down-putting or anything, more so it just made Aili herself want to be serious again. However, Wren, always the one to never let things get boring or fall apart, brought the conversation back up again. "Whelp, I think thats run its course! Now what?" Wren says. Aili was grateful for Wren's positive attitude. Kept her from falling into an annoyed or irritated or lame state, which Aili could quite easily fall into. "Not sure, I'd be down to go for a walk just around the commons or to just lay down and relax." Aili says, though the thought of even a simple chat intimidates her a bit. How funny, that the thought of her chasing an elk, its back hooves flying at her and making attempts to kick her in the skull as it ran onward, her leaping towards its side to try to bring it down, excited her, but that the thought of a simple chat intimidated her. She gives a simple shrug, not used to having a companion or anything of the sort, and unsure of what the sorts of activities you did with such were. A walk did sound nice, but she was never one to stray from the commons unless asking permission to do so, which she didn't like to do. Pack gossip seemed like fun, but Aili had never partaken and Wren did not seem like the type for gossip. Well, not the trashy kind anyways, just the bubbly kind. Did that make sense? Probably not. The lanky teenager sprinted back into the commons, his recent quarrel in the furthest vestiges of his mind. There was a much bigger issue at the moment. He wasn't naive. His brother wasn't breathing and he had a bunch of water in his lungs. It didn't look good for him, but Tamlin wasn't about to just give up and accept that his brother was gone. He didn't have the strength. His chest heaved and his jade eyes looked uncharacteristically frantic. He needed to find Hoshi. Or that shy wolf that arrived those few weeks ago. Or a superior. He need someone. A savoir slowly crested his vision, weaving slowly through the trees with a party of odd smelling wolves and a bloodied mess that he recognized as Beta Zero. He was conflicted. He needed help, but so did Zero. Luke was right there and could help him, but he was probably still mad at him. Taking a chance, Tamlin bolted over as soon as Zero was set on the ground. "Alpha! Please, I'm so sorry! I'm so, so sorry!" Tamlin cried out, his voice sobbing with an urgency rather than guilt and sadness, "Please help Aedion. He walked straight into the river, he hit is head on the rocks and I dragged him over to the side but he isn't breathing! Vera's bringing him here! Please, Alpha, please!" Tamlin sobbed towards the male, his sopping frame not even trying to get dry. His streaming jade eyes glanced up at the male, silently pleading for him to help. He had a sinking suspicion that Luke wouldn't. He had yelled at his mate. He had disrespected his Alpha and Alphess. Why would Luke help him in his plea? All Tamlin could do was hope. Wren was fully prepared for Ater to answer, so she was a little surprised when Aili answered, "Not sure, I'd be down to go for a walk just around the commons or to just lay down and relax." Wren gave the younger she-wolf a grin, her body laying fully onto the ground. She was comfortable enough with the wolves around her and her position within the pack that she wouldn't be targeted. The playful she-wolf rolled onto her stomach, stretching her limbs out over her head and past her flanks. "I'm perfectly fine for a bit of sunbathing in the morning!" She smiled, her amber eyes closing as the rays hit her stomach. For now, she could just close her eyes and rest in the company of friends. A sigh left her lips as the morning sun hit her stomach, warming the entirety of her body eventually. It had been a hard morning already, so just laying in the sun was a welcome leisure activity. @aili Hunting Superior AterOOC: Sorry, crappy post

Vera went as fast as she could, sprinting after the bounding teen. Her heavy chest heaving with every breath as she bolted through the shrubbery of the forest lake, jaws clenching as loosely as she could without dropping the dying creature in her maw. His body soaked in water made him weigh more then he should, and the wet fur that brushed against the gums of her mouth a constant reminder of what guilt that weighed on her shoulders.
She had finally reached commons and caught up to Tamlin, but not before catching a glimpse of his distraught nature, his begging cries and pleading sorrows which echoed through the land of Notics. Brows furrowed while eyes of hellfire burned with disgust at her mistake.
You should have told him you fool… you should have told him he was already dead…
Why for once in her damned life couldn’t she have been her blunt self when she actually needed to be? Her coward ass had led to Tamlin pleading for his brother’s life to be saved. When yet, his brother was already dead...
She had given him false hope…
Paws dipped in death black trudged forward with lacking grace, the bristles of her fur frozen flat against her frame as the autumn winds whisked past. Her voice released a strained sound, hoarse and scratchy with an inkling of stress seeping through her words.“Tam… Tamlin.” Her hardened gazed suddenly sagged, avoiding eye contact with both the pup and the Alpha he was pleading too. In a move so gentle she lowered her neck and laid the pup down at her feet, eyes skimming over his body with a single glance before looking to the two.
“He’s passed….” She took a step back while lifting her skull, returning her gaze to body she uttered.... “He’s gone…”

Hoshi seemed rather bubbly as usual as she made the trek back from the borders, the Alpha and his brother (of which he learnt of their sibling relations through the journey home) safely carrying the Beta back to his rightful place and home. In her busy mind, the healer was thinking of potential things to do next now the drama was over. Perhaps give Yoki the examination? Talk to the Somnus pack members? Get to know everyone a little bit better? She of course had to keep a watchful eye on Zero and his state over the next few weeks, perhaps even give him constant care. Maybe Yoki could even potentially help, she was a rather kind soul. A list of pain killers, blood clotters and sedatives were rattled off in her head as she wondered about the next few steps with her patient. She didn't know how long he'll be under the blanket of unconsciousness for. Maybe she should suggest a hunt to Luke! As she calmly made her way back through her home she was about to join Wren, Ater and Aili when suddenly Tamlin's lanky frame bolted through the commons, panic and franticness spread throughout his entire being. Hoshi's ears perked up, immediately the panic spreading like a wildfire. "Alpha! Please, I'm so sorry! I'm so, so sorry!" he cried out and Hoshi quickly padded her way over in curiosity. "Please help Aedion. He walked straight into the river, he hit is head on the rocks and I dragged him over to the side but he isn't breathing! Vera's bringing him here! Please, Alpha, please!" Immediately Hoshi was up on alert, watching as the sobbing male for only a second before turning towards the direction of the river. And there, ran in Vera. A limp body gently cradled within her jaws. Panic and grief struck through the fireballs heart. "Oh no.." she whispered. Vera looked as bad as Tamlin, both soaked from the river, Vera looking even colder than who she carried. Her voice was scratchy, hoarse, as she called out for the ivory teen. “Tam… Tamlin.” Her usual hard stare had softened, she looked... Defeated. Hoshi's chest clenched as the mottled female slowly and carefully laid down the.. corpse, of Aedion, who was no older than a pup... "He's passed... He's gone..." she uttered. Tears welled up in the Salutary's eyes. No, no!Immediately racing over, she quickly put her right ear to the pups chest. Nothing. Her mine raced for a moment. Heart stopped, lungs filled with water from river, head possibly concussed. Hastily, she placed her paw in the center of his chest and pushed down. Come on, come on... Again and again she quickly tried to push air into his chest, water out his lungs, something. But nothing... His heart had stopped a while ago and there was nothing she could do. After a few minutes she finally took a step back, defeated and tears threatened to leak from her golden and green orbs. She wasn't here to save the child.. She wasn't back in time. She was meant to be the healer of Noctis, yet she wasn't even around to save one of Noctis' only pups. Turning to the snowy sibling, Hoshi gently nuzzled his head. "I'm so sorry Tamlin.. There's nothing-" her voice broke as a few tears escaped. "There's nothing we could have done..." the little star softly spoke, looking up with a grateful look to Vera for trying to save Aedion.. and for bringing him back home.

Whatever reaction the Alpha had was overshadowed by that of the Salutary darting out from behind him towards Vera. Tamlin followed closely behind, sprinting those few strides to the limp form of his brother. "Tam...Tamlin. He's passed... He's gone..." Vera's voice spread ice through his being. That couldn't be true. Tamlin refused to believe it. She wasn't the Salutary, until Hoshi had tried to bring him back, he wouldn't accept the fact that he was gone. "No, no, no," pitiful warbles left the teen as Hoshi rushed over, doing the same maneuvers he was doing which with the power of an adult. That had to bring him back, it just had to. As Hoshi stepped back, Tamlin wasted no time looking at her face. She had to have brought him back. That was her job. That was the only reason that she could be moving away. The sodden pup slapped his ear onto Aedion's chest, holding his breath and straining to hear a heartbeat. Nothing. No dull thud. Not even a barely traceable pulse. No hiss of air. Just... silence. He shoved his head harder into his sibling, desperately searching for any sign of life, any small thump of a heart or rise of his chest. Nothing. Still nothing. Loud sobs broke through his jaws as tears spilled in ample amounts from his eyes. "NO! Nonononono," he wailed, burying his face into his brother's fur. The nuzzle atop his head, by who he could only assume was Hoshi, did nothing to console him. "I'm so sorry Tamlin. There's nothing- there's nothing we could have done..." Hoshi's tears prompted even more crying from the teen. What was he supposed to do? How could he just leave him alone like this? There was no one around his age in the pack. There was Feyre and Maytr, but they were much older, months. They had ranks. There were members of the pack. The was an outlier, a loner. He didn't belong. He had no father, no mother, no uncles, no sister, and now no brother. Luke and Seven were mad at him, Zero was in a bloody pulp and would need more attention that he could even garner. He had no one and nothing. Sobbing into the now confirmed corpse of his brother, Tamlin silently begged for comfort, whether it be from passing out or from another wolf. Perhaps the same fate that had cursed the rest of his family would fall on him as well. He wouldn't mind. He didn't care. What was the point anymore? | Entering the commons with Zero in tow and Draco helping him along the way, Luke did nothing but keep carrying the white male before he set him down given Hoshi’s need to tend to Tamlin’s brother. Luke was concerned as to what happened, but he would not bother them, as he knew that Hoshi needed to work. The words that were uttered by the she-wolf however, did not give Luke any hope that Tamlin would explain anything. Knowing this, the male would instead wait for the other to calm himself before Luke approached. He had snapped at the pups before, and he knew that he was not at all in the right place to demand what happened. So instead he kept himself busied with his Beta whom was half-dead, quite possibly on the verge of dying as well.
“Seven,” He would whisper her name to summon his mate forth, knowing that she would have followed them to the common grounds. “Please tend to Tamlin,” He whispered to her, giving her a small look that told her that it would be much appreciated by him. As he dropped Zero to the ground, along with Draco placing the white male upon the common floor, he would stand aside, giving Hoshi and Yoki their room to be around the male, if that were needed. He knew that Zero would not be able to carry on his duties within the pack, so he had to make a large decision. Whether he should keep the male as his Beta.
Of course, Zero had proven useful over the months that he had been in a high rank, but at the same time, the male had disappeared and came back fatally injured. Luke wasn’t sure what he would do in this situation, and he would consult Seven as to what she thought about the matter. But as of right now, his brother and sister were probably waiting on him to say something. “I’m sorry this happened when you two showed up, I promise it’s not always like this,” He said to them with a nervous laugh. “I need to consult with one of my hunters, but other than that, we should be good to head to the hunting grounds,” He said before he turned his tail on his siblings, looking for one wolf in particular that should have been around.
Wren. She was one of his most trusted hunters, and he would consult her if she was willing and up to do a hunt. Seeing three Alpha Children hunt would definitely give everyone of Noctis a little treat of what siblings could do. “Wren, have you taken any wolves on a hunt recently?” He asked, looking towards her. She was one of his oldest members, and by far the most trustworthy wolf when it came to his hunters. He definitely considered her a friend, even if he vaguely talked to her. Now, he would just need her to tell him whether or not she had hunted in the last couple hours. He had been much too focused with Seven and the borders to even occupy his mind with the idea of a hunt, but he knew that it was the one thing Wren did in his pack, considering her rank. He definitely needed to assess ranks once his siblings left, but for right now, he would keep his hierarchy how it was, and simply act as if he was holding his pack together.

| Delta Draco of Somnus
Draco carried the white brute with no trouble at all. Although he was large, Draco was much larger and much stronger. It did help that Luke was there helping alongside him, but it would have been no extra work for him to have moved the white male to the commons by himself. As they neared, it seemed that the Salutary busied herself with a pack turmoil that had happened while Luke was gone. Looking to his brother as they set the white body down and he called for ‘Seven’, Draco looked towards the black female and back to Luke as he instructed her on what to do, but with a calm and caring voice. That couldn’t be…? Shaking his head, Draco kept his mind from wandering too far into the problem, and instead focused on the pack around him. It seemed like their pack, although seemingly more orderly. Luke had always been the one in the siblings to provide an orderly way of doing things, and with the way Luke’s speech also developed, Draco was sure that his brother was leading his pack by the example he provided. It was strange, knowing that his two siblings were both Alphas, and he wasn’t. Draco knew deep down that he didn’t deserve the rank of an Alpha, but he hoped one day that he would have the chance. But, he could only hope and dream about it. Azaelia had picked his sister for some reason, and he could not change her mind, no matter how hard he had tried. The best he had done was advance to the Delta position in his pack, but even then he wasn’t satisfied with his progress, and he knew that his father and mother would be disappointed as well. He wasn’t sure Luke was aware of their positions in their pack now, but it would come about sooner or later. Luke would have had to notice the change in Eureka’s stances. Even if she seemed nervous, she was still acting like an Alphess, bringing herself to stand at Luke’s level, even if Draco was larger than them both, he seemed less dominant than her, which would also give the signal that something had changed because he would never do that for another wolf. Letting out a small huff as his little brother talked to them about confirming with someone else in the pack, he looked towards the hunter that he approached. It was more than likely one of the more trusted pack members, and they wouldn’t want to hunt, especially if the hunting grounds had been freshly hunted upon. Given that there was no fresh prey laying around, Draco had to assume that they would be hunting, and he mentally prepared himself for a hunt with his siblings.

It seemed that her peaceful moment in the sun just wasn't meant to be. Almost as soon as the hunter had stretched into a comfortable position, chaos exploded in the commons. Luke, Seven, Hoshi, Yoki, and two other wolves that she had never seen before burst into the commons carrying a limp and bloodied Zero while at the same time a soaked Tamlin and Vera barreled in form the river. In an instant, Wren was on her paws. This was no time to just lie around! Surely she could do something in this mess. With a hearty shake, Wren cleared her pelt of most of the leaves that clung to it, making herself a bit more presentable to whomever these wolves may be, and a bit more fit for work. Her attention was fully diverted towards her Alpha and Alphess as they tried to get a hold of the situation. She had her fun with her friends, but this was now time to be mature. A few words were exchanged between the Alpha pair and the two strangers that Luke seemed comfortable enough with before reality came crashing down upon her. Luke was approaching her! Oh darn, she should probably get those straggler leaves off of her pelt. Quickly reaching back to her flank, the blanketed she-wolf tugged the last large oak leaf off of her pelt as her Alpha approached her. She wanted to do something to help out the pack, so her tail was already wagging slightly behind her frame. As he drew close, Wren dipped her head, a small gesture of respect towards the male she had known for some time now. “Wren, have you taken any wolves on a hunt recently?” his question caused her tail to flick a little bit more behind her. A bright smile popped up onto her face slowly as the connotation of his words sunk in. "No, not recently. Why, you got something planned?" Her cheery tones leaked into her words. She couldn't contain her excitement of a hunt. It was something that she loved doing, and as one of the only officially ranked Hunters of the pack left, she couldn't help but love her job. She helped provide for everyone, and the thrill of running after the prey and taking it down was fun enough for the she-wolf. Of course, she hadn't yet taken a killing bite in the pack, but that was no problem. As long as their dinner was caught, it didn't matter to her who killed it. Wren's amber eyes held a youthful spark in them as she looked towards her Alpha, hoping that she had guessed right. Was there a hunt about to take place? It would certainly boost the gloom that had so suddenly cursed Noctis. Alpha Luke @aili Hunting Superior Ater

"I'm perfectly fine for a bit of sunbathing in the morning!" Wren replies cheerfully, and Aili cannot help the smile that pulls itself across her face, stretching muscles that had not been stretched so much in quite some time. The feeling was still so strange, not unlike riding a bike for the first time in years. You can still do it as fine as before, but it feels weird. However, her face pulled back to normal as she saw the Alpha coming, a wolf she felt incredibly unconnected with, considering as she never really interacted with Luke or talked to him other than for scouting orders. It felt weird coming from a pack where she was like a daughter to the Alpha to a pack where she was not friends with really anyone, except for her just-revived friendship with Wren. "Wren, have you taken any wolves on a hunt recently?" the alpha asks Wren. Aili keeps her mouth shut, maintaining her usual straight face around him. However, in her head, she was silently hoping that the alpha would recommend Wren took Aili on a hunt. After all, hunting was what she had always been skilled at, and what she had hoped for as a position in the pack. As much as she respected and did her best in her position as a scout, nothing made her feel the way a hunt did. "No, not recently. Why, you got something planned?" Wren replies. Aili bit her lip a bit, the young, rosey-colored female slightly jealous of Wren's job as a hunter, as well as how much the Alpha respected her, though it wasn't like Aili had done anything to deserve or earn that exactly. | Eureka was in her brother's land. That meant she was in no place to hold herself high like she did in Somnus. Despite the little time she'd been serving as alphess, it was somewhat bizarre seeing subordinates dash past the alphess without even the slightest display of due respect. Somnus was casual and lenient with their hierarchy. It wasn't like a subordinate to roll over on its stomach or curl its tail at the sight of a higher-ranking wolf, besides Ocean who naturally exuded that kind of dominance. Even the alphess herself sometimes felt like shrinking to a pebble at the sight of him! Still, she could say she felt relaxed in this environment. Nobody knew her or expected anything from her. She maintained the poise of her title, but she wasn't wildly concerned with her appearance here.
"Seven," Luke whispered to one of his packmembers. Such a sweet voice for such a sad time. What could that have meant? "Please tend to Tamlin," Luke whispered again, this time with a look.
Oh, that's what that means! Eureka wanted to badly so meet her. Perhaps she could butt into her assignment when the time was appropriate. A few other things were happening around the commons that Eureka electively took notice to. Draco huffed, displaying some level of dissatisfaction. Both of his only siblings were alphas. Being present with the two of them must have felt belittling in a childish sort of way. Eureka felt that Draco deserved the rank he had, but she couldn't help but feel guilty longing in this situation. She wanted nothing more than for happiness to follow her trail, but her beloved Draco hadn't seemed to find it. Eureka relaxed her posture, letting her tail dangle and muscles unwind. She was much, much smaller than Draco as it was.
Two packmembers lightly conversed in the commons. Eureka wanted to be happy with Luke for his stellar conduction of friendly relationships in his pack, but there seemed to be a blockade between the two packmates. A smile shred off of one of the females' face like a spring flower trying to bloom in winter. She didn't suspect that Luke's leadership had anything to do with the lack of sincere rapport. Thus, Eureka took a special interest in that girl. The alphess had been an omega for years, and it had been her duty to shed light on dark corners, essentially 'turning frowns upside down.' It burdened her, despite her satisfaction with her promotion, to see that her effects as the spirited omega had no influence anymore, though she longed to be needed in that way.

Omega Ater "It's Kind Of Okay That You Are Here."
As Aili and Wren conversed, Ater zoned out, baby blue eyes traversing far from her current companions and fixating on the dark curtain of trees that sprouted ahead of her. As suddenly as her focus leaked away, she wished to get away from the pack, to tear off and get a few moments of silence for herself. The constant chatter of her packmates practically bored her to tears and their feeble conflicts could not be comprehended by her brain. Though she treasured her pack, they could become quite dull. As Ater stared out, Wren's words went in one ear and out the other as the graphite brushed bitch turned away, shifting atop her paws. Glancing at her departing packmates, the worn omega heaved a sigh from her chest, satisfaction growing now that she was on her own, away from the others.
The musty scent of leaves clogged her nostrils and the slanted rays of lighting splashing over the back of her pelt was calming. The slight stress of holding her end in a social situation drained away and she dropped clumsily into the leaves below her hulking form, muscles relaxing as she stretched out on the forest floor. Mud and leaves, soaked with the morning's dew, clasped onto her slicked down coat, creating a natural mosaic of auburns, reds and browns across her back. Huffing and blowing the loose leaves away from her muzzle, Ater dropped her eyelids, shielding her eyes from a cold gust of air that brushed past her.
Flicking her ears in the direction of the others, Ater absorbed the drone of their voices, listening in to the unfamiliar voices of the newest arrivals. It concerned her that she was not there to observe and possibly greet the newest, as much as she loved her current predicament. Lifting her head from the bed of leaves beneath, Ater hefted herself to her paws, disappointed that she could not lay there any longer yet she pushed forth. Once on her paws, Ater shook herself free of leaves, loose skin and dense coat shifting around her as she did so. Halting her movement, the muscular bitch angled herself toward the commons, piercing blue eyes directed sharply toward the gaps between the trees where she could see the wolves of Noctis milling about in a hurried manner. The now familiar cries of Tamlin cut through the air, making Ater's heart throb with worry and forcing a rapid beat into her steps.
Drawing nearer the commons, the brutish omega caught sight of Tamlin, hunched over the limp tan form of... Aedion? Her breath stole away as she slowed, moving closer at a gentler pace. Every step closer brought the body into more detail. Dripping wet, broken and drab beneath the figures of Hoshi, Vera and Tamlin. In her peripherals she also noted the chirpy discussion between Wren and her alpha, interesting gripping her yet she halted her paws, anchoring her muscular form in place. Should someone need her, she would happily oblige yet she hurried over toward the trio, eyebrows arched upward in a look of great worry and sadness for Tamlin's weeping. "Tamlin," She spoke, her voice soft but still carrying her usual force as she sat down beside the collapsed adolescent, tail flicking around to brush his dirtied pelt in some sort of estranged comforting. "We're all here for you," Her last words were a whisper, her hostile exterior cracking as she watched the weeping child, helpless in the attempt to heal his broken heart.

Darkness. A spiraling pit of black. A tidal wave of frigid water with which there was no escape from. Nothing can heal you from the loss of a loved one. To lose his mother without even getting to know her properly was difficult. To lose his step father and uncle figures was even worse. The nail in Tamlin's coffin was Lysandra. She had just walked away. Left. Vanished. Not said a word to him. No goodbye, no, 'I love you,' no, 'I'll miss you,' nothing. He was just left alone. And then... and then that grief claimed his brother. Walking straight into the river. Just another wolf to leave him behind; alone. Someone else that betrayed him. They were supposed to be family! They were supposed to be there for each other! To care for one another for all time! Death wasn't meant to do us part for the next decade at least! Closed jade eyes leaked unstoppable tears into soaked beige fur. He couldn't help but hate his brother right now. He knew that he would always love him, but in this moment, he couldn't help but hate him. He wasn't supposed to leave! How could he!? No longer did wailing cries leave his body, only small whines. His entire frame shook violently with each inhale and exhale. The was no consoling the teen. There was no one left that truly cared about him, why would they? He was this pack's burden. The orphan abandoned by his mother, father, uncle, sister, brother, Alpha, Alphess, the only one that had given him any comfort was Yoki and she was in her own state of panic over her dying mate. He was alone. And just like that, he wasn't. A rump sunk down into the leaf litter next to him, a tail brushed his pelt in a familiar form of comfort that he had felt only recently, and his name fell softly from lips he could not immediately recognize. A choked sob left his blinded frame as his grieving rage finally broke. The muscles in his body that had coiled and tensed so vigilantly as he cried almost melted, as if giving up. As if there was no point in keeping all of the anger bottled up inside himself. Any power over himself that he perceived earlier was now obviously gone. The growing bubble of tension, agony, and pain that Tamlin had amassed popped. "We're all here for you," the mystery voice murmured to him. The mental stress that he put on himself had alleviated. They were there. He wasn't an orphan, the entire pack was his family. He was safe for now, he was loved, just not feeling it at the present time. Perhaps this mystery voice was right. For now, he would let her be while he continued to sob. Hunting Superior Ater Salutary Hoshi @vera Alpha Luke @seven

| The male was aware of everything going on around him as he waited upon Wren’s response. The female had been a hunter in his pack for awhile, and he was most definitely proud of how she had progressed within her rank. He would definitely need to re-evaluate where she was in his hierarchy later on however, as there were more important things to do right now than talk about that. Listening as she said that nothing had been recently hunted, he smiled, giving her a small nod. “My brother and sister have come to join us from the neighboring pack, Somnus. I would like to have plenty of prey to feast upon while we talk,” Luke said, looking towards her.
“I want you to come with, and bring anyone you think would be useful. I trust my very best hunter has a specific few in mind that will ensure a hunt is executed correctly for us tonight,” He said, giving her a smile as he looked towards Draco and Eureka. His brother and sister would feel out of their element, given that they were not in their homelands. His first time moving to Noctis territory had been rather offsetting compared to Somnus territory. Although the two territories are very similar, he knew that it would still need some adjusting too. “If you would like, follow me and we can scout out our dinner for tonight,” He gave them both a smile, feeling like a pup again in their presence.
Turning on his heel, he flicked his tail behind him, ears pointed forward as he would head away from the common grounds and towards the hunting territory, knowing that Wren would follow after she assembled the best hunters in the pack.
